We had a wonderful holiday on the island and the house was fantastic in terms of size and amenities for our family. Lots of fun at table tennis, and relaxing swims, with family movie nights and enjoyable group dinners in the spacious kitchen and deck area. The views were amazing.

I will certainly recommend using Whitsunday Holidays to my friends and colleagues. Such an easy process to book and communicate with your team, valet pick up and return was effortless the whole experience was pleasant and enjoyable.

Everything was fantastic.

My family and I loved our stay at Peninsula 1. From the time we stepped through the front door, it felt as though we had entered a new world! The spacious design, coupled with breathtaking, majestic views, brought a sense of calm to our ordinarily busy lives and enabled us to ‘enjoy the moment’ as a family. The villa is beautifully appointed and had everything we could possibly have needed.

It was my first visit to Hamilton Island and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Peninsula 1 as the place to be.

The view was other worldly, the beds so comfortable, the space, the decor, everything. We loved every moment.

We were in constant contact with the staff when booking the trip. Stacey as well as Courtney were giving us valuable information as well as useful tips about the island, tours, shopping as well as details about the properties. We finally decided to book Shorelines 30. ‘

This was a very special trip for our family of 3 as we were celebrating a milestone (20th) wedding anniversary. Right from the get go everything was perfect. From Valet service meeting us at the airport to information about the local shops and tours.

We will definitely be back to the island and will be coming back to shorelines

It is our pleasure to leave feedback on our beautiful stay at Frangipanni 8.

It is second time staying in this beautiful apartment that offers everything your heart desires.

We want to compliment the owners as they have thought of everything in terms of luxury. The bedding is so comfortable we didn’t want to get out of bed the cleanliness was absolutely superb.

Alfresco dining is perfect for a BBQ, six seater out door table with 4 lovely sun lounges.

There’s also a laundry with everything you need including a clothes horse which is perfect for hanging your towels on after enjoying the private pool area which offers again sun lounges around the pool with seperate spa, undercover seating area that seats 10, BBQ, fridge & freezer.

The friendly staff namely Courtne, Julie, Lisa & John the Valet, are more than happy to help with whatever you need & we just can’t recommend them enough

We had the most magical 10 days in Hamilton Island. Frangipani 8’s location is perfect. The views are utterly breathtaking and being the last apartment on the ground floor it felt so private and quiet. The apartment itself was clean and functional. It had everything we needed as a family of 4 and met our expectations.

We will definitely consider the same apartment next time we visit.

This was our second stay with Shorelines. This property was clean and had everything you need for a wonderful stay. Got 2 balconies with great views nice and spacious rooms and bathrooms. Buggy certainly was one of the highlights. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our first trip to Hamilton Island and we will definitely be back! Stacey at Whitsunday Holidays was so super friendly, helpful and accommodating! We loved Poinciana 003 and would most certainly stay there again. It’s in a great location with a lovely view. The apartment was a fantastic size for our family of 4. The furnishings were lovely and the kitchen amenities were very well stocked (plenty of plates, cups, glasses, cutlery etc).

Thank you for a wonderful stay, we had a great family reunion at Kahala!!! Everyone loved the island and the property!

The apartment was even better than the photos and was the perfect size for 7 guests!

The amazing views, buggy and comfort were great.

This is a beautiful, large house and fantastic value for money. The photos don’t do it justice! The upstairs area in particular has all been renovated to a high standard. The kitchen is VERY well equipped with plenty of cutlery, crockery, plastic plates and cups for the kids, knives, saucepans, an air-fryer, blender… the list goes on! There are plenty of bathrooms and plenty of space to spread out and relax. A 14-seater lounge is pretty amazing! Everything was spotlessly clean.

We are an extended family of 15 (plus 2 babies) and house is just perfect for 4 couples or families, with 4 different bedroom zones. Upstairs, the master bedroom is straight off the living area (great for the grandparents but wouldn’t work for babies trying to sleep in the day). Then the other 2 upstairs bedrooms are together at the other end of the house. Downstairs there is one very large family bedroom with its own ensuite, which easily slept a family of 4. Then at the other end are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, all next to each other in their own “zone”. So each family has their own little space.

The laundry is quite large with a great washing machine and dryer.

The pool area is also so much nicer than the pictures. We loved having our own pool and lounge chairs.

The upstairs verandah is HUGE with great views over the water. We enjoyed most evenings out on the deck.

Hints for families – food and supplies can be expensive on the island. Bring as much with you as you can! It’s a great idea to pack some games and activities for the kids in case you get some rainy days.

We were really impressed with Whitsunday Holidays and highly recommend booking your holiday through them. Communication via emails or phone calls was always super speedy, super helpful and informative.

We had a few small maintenance issues with the house during our stay and they were dealt with immediately, pleasantly and with no fuss. For example, we asked for an indoor clothes airer (it rained a lot during our visit!) and one arrived the next morning.

During the week we met the Gardener and also the pool cleaning guy, so the house is really well maintained.

It was so incredibly helpful to be met at the airport and have our luggage (and us!) transported to our house by the friendliest guys ever! Such a great start to our holiday.
