JANUARY 2024:

The accommodation was perfect for what we needed – everyone had their own space, but also large, shared living areas we could all enjoy. Mitchell and Liz were fantastic. Mitchell’s communication was excellent, proactive and honest. Mitchell went out of his way to ensure we were cared for.

FEBRUARY 2024:

Wow, what a wonderful and memorable stay! Everything was perfect. The apartment was gorgeous and the views were incredible. We felt right at home and we were extremely comfortable. The location was ideal, and within walking distance to restaurants, shops, the marina, pools, etc. Mitchell was a fantastic host — friendly, attentive, great communicator, helpful, and accommodating. He went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable visit. We can’t wait to return!

Thank you for looking after us during our first holiday to Hamilton Island, we had a fantastic, relaxing time and will definitely be back! The Airport transfers were much appreciated.

Just a few comments on our accommodation, Lagoon 101, the property was perfect for our needs, loved the furnishings and facilities included. It was fabulous to have the Nespresso coffee machine in the apartment as we love our coffee. The bed and pillows were very comfy, so much so that I investigated purchasing the same pillows for our bed at home!

Having the Golf Buggy included with the apartment was an absolute bonus and having the covering for it also a godsend as it rained quite heavily on a few of the days we were there. The location of the apartment is great as it is close to everything and everywhere we needed to be. The Apartment is nice and private and the view from the balcony is outstanding. The apartment is so roomy, even though there were only two of us it was great to have the space to relax and unwind.

We would definitely book this apartment again for future stays on Hamilton Island.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you again to the team at Whitsunday Holidays for looking after us.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Pavillions Penthouse. So much so we have booked again for next year.

Everything we needed and wanted was there including the all important blender for necessary cocktails. The beds are super comfortable and the ability to have all the streaming networks on the tvs for night time viewing was awesome.

Watching the boats all day and being able to just cool off in the pool was awesome also plenty of plates and glasses and stuff for entertaining. Which we did all week.

Thanks again for 16 years of being awesome to deal with.

Will be back again real soon to our happy place.

An absolutely beautifully decorated property, it felt as if an interior designer was a previous owner who had just walked out and allowed us into their house. Every minor detail was allowed for, things we have never encountered in a holiday rental property before, there was every kitchen utensil we could want, condiments in cupboards, crockery and cutlery, decorations everywhere to make the house feel like a beautiful home away from home, shopping bags in cupboards, umbrella on front porch, ice pack in freezer, stationary in writing desk drawers, kitchen cloths, fake electronic candles by the amazing 2 person spa, additional drink coasters in the drawers … everything was thought of in the most beautiful way, the pictures of the property cannot show the detail the owners went to in order to ensure everything was catered for. The buggy was modern, nicely garaged with a light in the garage for easy recharging plug in, the swimming pool was clean and an ideal depth, located closely to the premises – the property really made our holiday feel extra special and I would love to personally thank the owner – it was a beautiful place to stay

Our pickup and drop off transfers and concierges were very nice, professional, young people who really tried to ensure our holiday was special, even the guys organised to transfer us from one property to the other were great, helpful guys.

This holiday was to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary (we were married on Hamilton Island) and I can say because of your staff, and the beautiful property, it was a holiday we will never forget. Thank you immensely.

Great spot, private positioning at the bottom end of the complex and right next to the private pool with lots of shade. Well equipped and easy to stay comfortably. Would stay again especially in such an amazing spot for the NYE fireworks on catseye beach. Great stay

We had a brilliant stay in Hamilton island. The house is so spacious and was very well equipped for our trip.

It is a brilliant house for a large family or group. Your team were very helpful and responsive.

The only one improvement would be perhaps on the pool that it was a bit cleaner or had a cover but otherwise fabulous house and brilliant stay.

Everything we needed was at the apartment. It was clean, modern, fresh and looked exactly like the photos.

Location was good and the view amazing!!

The little Christmas tree on the kitchen bench was a lovely touch.

We had a lovely stay at Oasis 19. The unit was well equipped and exactly as described on the website. Views from the balcony were beautiful and we loved that we were so close to the pool. Service by the Whitsunday Holidays team in the lead up to our stay was excellent and the valet staff were polite and helpful.

Location was absolutely amazing and the buggy was very reliable view was spectacular even better than the photos.

The apartment was fantastic. Had everything we needed. Loved that there was a lot of washing powder for the washing machine. Having a buggy on hand at all times was great. The bathrooms were amazing.

Just a short note to say my family thoroughly enjoyed their stay on Hamilton Island at Illalangi. The house was wonderful, well equipped and the views amazing. The caretaker looked after us exceptionally well.

We loved our stay! Suited out family of 6 adults and 2 children. Exceeded our expectations & the view is something else! I would recommend hiring a second golf buggy if your traveling with a big family like ours as we needed a few trips to drop everyone to different locations but super close to the marina and shuttle busses.

We stayed at Shorelines 13 in late November 2023 and had a wonderful few days. There were no issues at all and the property was ideal for two couples. It was spotless, well-appointed and the views from the balcony, where we spent most of our time, were amazing. The buggy provided allowed us to roam the island freely and it was great to have such fabulous accommodation to return to after swims, poolside lounging, exploring the waterfront and very good dinners out.

Once again we had an amazing time on Hamilton Island! It is probably three times we have stayed at Poinciana 003 and we love it!

The apartment was spotlessly clean and beautifully set out with everything we could possibly need. The staff who keep the block in top condition were helpful and discreet.

Hi , our holiday at Oasis 18 was sensational.

The apartment was very well presented and the welcoming bottle of champers and beers was a nice touch

The buggy included was also in great condition and we never had a problem with it

Have visited Hamilton many times over the years going back when I worked for Ansett ,most of my trips have been on my own however having my son and his wife and 3 children come along this time was very special and I looked for a place they would love as well as fitting us all in comfortably.

Oasis 18 definitely satisfied all our needs and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again .

Such a great location and very private as the end of the apartment, just less than one minute to get to Catseye beach and hiking. Easy to drive buggy around the island. I would love to come back here again.
