About Peninsula 1 on Hamilton Island
The owner of Peninsula 1 on Hamilton Island has refurnished and refurbished (finished July 2018) this beautiful 4 bedroom villa to bring it up to a 5 star standard! Their exquisite taste and attention to detail really shows in this immaculately presented villa.
Located on the exclusive northern end of the island, this 4 bedroom villa is beautifully designed with an open plan, making it bright and breezy. The villa is ideal for entertaining with its large concertina doors that open up to make the balcony and living spaces one large area!
The living, dining, kitchen and balcony are all at the entrance level. The 4 bedrooms plus another living area are all downstairs. There is a TV in three of the bedrooms, as well as a TV in the upstairs lounge room and one in the downstairs loungeroom!
The private pool is on the lower deck. Relax on the sunlounges with your favourite book.
There is also a communal lap pool that is for the exclusive use of those staying in one of the 8 villas in the Peninsula group.
5 minute drive in your buggy to the marina village and the resort centre. The main resort pools on the beach and the bougainvillea pools are open to everyone!
