20% Booking Deposit is non-refundable but is transferable to another date within the same property. Balance (due 30 days prior to arrival) becomes strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. The only exception is if the booking can be replaced. $100 cancellation fee applies. Travel Insurance is highly recommended. Please refer to full Booking Terms and Conditions for further details.
We are very particular with which properties we list on the website. Only a luxury standard is accepted and is only listed after thorough inspection from a member of our team. We also revisit the properties at least every 3 months to ensure the luxury standard is maintained. Please visit our Accommodation page to see testimonials for individual properties.
The valet service provides you with a ‘information page’ on arrival. This will tell you your departure time.

The valet service has the keys and will take you directly to your apartment.
Yes, the Booking Form needs to be completed and faxed to 07 3011 1059. This is also due 30 days prior to arrival.
You need to ensure you complete your arrival and departure details so that the valet service can be organised to meet you.
At least one drivers license and credit card section MUST be completed for security purposes.
Yes, check availability for your preferred property by clicking on the individual property page. Go to the “Availability” tab and then click the orange button saying “Book Now”.
Peak periods are listed below, all other dates are at the off peak rate.
Rate includes complimentary buggy. All properties are self-contained with kitchen and laundry. Pool in most complexes. Refer individual property pages for further details.
Yes, please ensure you refuel/charge the buggy on departure. A $30 fee applies if this is not done.
Please keep in mind that the fueling stations only open Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm. If your departure is on the weekend you will need to refuel on the Friday. Alternatively, the valet service will happily refuel for you but the fee will apply.
If your apartment has an electric buggy, please ensure you charge overnight. On departure please leave charging ready for the next guests.
You do not need to clean in full. We do ask you to do the following:
Yes, please refer to the individual property page on the website. There is a Property Summary detailing all the inclusions.
Only one valet service is included in your rate. So if your group has more than one arrival time, please specify the first to arrive on the Booking Form.
Any guests arriving later, you can pick up separately in your own buggy. The airport is only a 5 minute drive from most accommodation.
All linen is supplied including beach towels.
All resort facilities such as resort pools and bars are available for your use. The non motorised watersports are also available but not included in your rate.
There is a compendium in your apartment that has all the relevant phone numbers you will need. This is normally found on the kitchen bench.
There are many activities to do on Hamilton Island. Some popular options are a trip to Whitehaven Beach or the Great Barrier Reef. Head to our Activities page for some ideas.
Hamilton Island is a sub tropical location in the Whitsunday Islands. As such, the weather on Hamilton Island is pretty sunny all year round. Here’s a quick guide:
January to April – 23 celcius to 31 celcius
May to August – 18 celcius to 28 celcius
September to December – 20 celcius to 31 celcius
During the peak season (Australian Summer – November to February), you can expect minimum temperatures of 23 degrees celcius up to as high as 31 celcius. Perfect holiday weather!

A drivers license is required to drive the buggy. Hamilton Island is governed by Queensland Roads.
There is a very well stocked grocery store on the island. For longer stays, another option is to order from the mainland.
