Hi,

we had a fantastic stay at Bella Vista 4 West. We loved the spaciousness – lounge, bedrooms and long verandah. We also loved having 3 bathrooms, one for each family.

It is a perfect property for 3 families and very sound proof so the rest of us slept very well even when the 5 month old cried through the night. The views are spectacular with beautiful gardens and lagoon pool, and was also very private.

Having 2 buggies meant that we were free to do our own thing.

We would certainly like to congratulate the owners on their beautiful property – we hope to come again some day.

We had a truly great time at Hamilton Island. We were particularly impressed with Frangipani 004, the location was perfect and the quality and presentation was beyond expectation. We traveled with 3 other families who stayed at various places on the island and they were all envious of our Frangipani unit, and we had the best buggy too! They all agreed we had the best spot, the nicest unit and we had a visit from the cute wallaby just to put the icing on the cake.

We hope to come back and stay there again.

Hello Whitsunday Team. Sorry for my late response, my email account has been down and now I’m surfing through 200 emails to reply. We had a fantastic time on our Whitsunday holiday (9th June – 16th June). Despite it raining nearly every day we had a ball. Of course staying at Pavillions 21 made the holiday (especially in the rain) so much more enjoyable.

We snuggled up on the couch overlooking the harbor with a coffee and watched the rain fall. The kitchen was amazing in the way it was stocked. A big thank you to the owner of the property. My children have food allergies which means that I have to prepare all of their food. This has been a challenge in the past with limited cooking utensils when on holiday. I don’t think that there was anything that the kitchen didn’t have.

The bedrooms were very spacious, which was terrific for our two wheelchairs guys. We also loved the very comfortable outdoor furniture and the options of seating on the patio. I had breakfast in all three areas, which had a very homely feeling to it indeed. Most importantly, the apartment had enough entertainment in it to keep a 4 year old, a 6 year old and a 9 year old amused in the wet weather. Oh, and I loved the stocked bookshelf. I can’t remember that being mentioned in the paperwork, but if it isn’t, it would be a great idea to let people know. I did take several books with me to read to the kids at night, but they just wanted to select their own from the shelf – perfect. That was a most impressive touch, as too was the jig-saw puzzle which kept us all busy!!!

Look, if I had to mention one thing that was missing that I would have liked to have had, it would have been some pegs. Our husbands raced in the outrigger paddling event and they put their wet gear on the racks provided, however due to the wind and the rain they kept blowing off. But if a bucket of pegs is all that we could fault, then tell the owner they are doing extremely well.

That was, by far the best family holiday that we have had to date. We are off to the UK next year, so I’m not sure if we will be at the Hamilton event, however in future years, we would love to stay at Pavillions 21 again. Your might also wish to mention on the website how wheelchair friendly the apartment is. When we did a search for apartments, it was really difficult to tell which ones had stairs or a lift, or flat inside the space. That could be a great selling point for wheelchair clients.

Also, I would just like to mention the great service that we had from the Whitsunday Team. We were kept up-to-date and informed of specifics on the island which was a fantastic help. The lady that collected us at the airport was FANTASTIC. We had so much luggage for the paddling event and she was great at helping us to our apartment and settling in.

I’m so glad that I selected to go with your company and Pavillions. Seven other people’s experiences were counting on my decision and I’m happy to say that nobody was disappointed!

We were very happy to have all the wonderful kitchen equipment, as our son and daughter love cooking. We spent many a night cooking up a storm and enjoying the surrounding ambiance.

We were delighted with the property at Frangipani 004 — words are insufficient. We had a wonderful time. Hamilton Island exceeded our expectations in every way. Were it not for the 24-hour plane ride to get there (we live in the US), we’d come again and again to stay in the same place. It’s lovely, and a nice combination of close to the activities — but far away enough that you could feel removed from the “hubbub.”

Our highest praise and thanks to owners, and property managers. Our greeter was friendly and helpful, transfers were prompt and communication was excellent. The property was clean, wonderfully situated and well appointed.

Yes, we did have a fantastic time and enjoyed every minute. We shared our apartment with another couple, who also enjoyed the whole experience. We all loved our apartment in Frangipani and thought it was probably in the best spot on the island, at least in our price bracket. The service girl was lovely and very instructive, especially when explaining the procedure for charging the golf buggy, making sure we understood that two plugs had to be plugged in each night!

We hope we will be able to return soon.

Hi. I recently stayed at Frangipani 004 and must take the time to congratulate both the owners of this unit and Whitsunday Holidays for an outstanding holiday – something I don’t normally do.

The owners have done a magnificent job in refurbishing the unit – Very tasteful colour scheme, top quality fittings throughout, right down to the taps, door handles, light fittings etc. Everything I touched worked. The unit was stocked with a huge amount of crockery, cutlery, glasses including kids toys, books, DVD’s and electrical appliances (also top quality).

Also to Whitsunday Holidays – A top website right from my first contact. The guy who picked us up from the Jetty was also a delight.

On arrival we were ready to wait to access the unit when to our surprise it had been cleaned and waiting for us on arrival – Greatly appreciated. The only thing wrong with this great review is that many more holiday makers are going to book out this unit making it harder for ME to return. Job well done. Regards Robyn

We had an amazing time, Bella Vista 4 is perfect, clean, tidy and very spacious.

I chose this unit because it ticked all the boxes for what we required, especially having 2 buggies.

We had an awesome time staying at the Frangipani 004 Unit in May 2013. My husband, daughter and her fiancé, plus the two grandchildren couldn’t been happier. Everything was organized that we requested from the babies cot to the beach towels. The apartment was so well equipped with everything we needed including toys for the kids. We were picked up from the airport by a lovely girl who drove us to our apartment and then back again at the end of our stay. Having the use of the golf buggy made everything so easily accessible. The pool was so close and our view was spectacular. We are planning another trip back with the rest of the family in the future and most definitely will be booking this apartment. Just a quick email to say that we had the most fabulous time at Frangipani 004. The unit was just perfect for our group of three and we really enjoyed our time there.

Everything was really easy – the booking process, the pick up and drop off service, the buggy, the apartment. The staff member who picked us up and dropped us off was lovely, friendly and helpful.

We really appreciated the ‘no hassles’ holiday – good service is extremely hard to find these days. We had absolutely no problems – everything was perfect.

Thank you – if we come back to Hammo, we will definitely be staying at Frangipani again.

I would just like to thank you all for your assistance with booking our holiday! You guys were always helpful. As for Villa Tropica, well, what can I say! We were shocked when we walked through the door. This house is absolutely AMAZING! What dreams are made of. We had 15 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone, plus more if you need! The photo’s do not do this place justice which is a nice change. We had everything we needed. All guests were so happy with the house and have all requested that we make the trip a yearly occasion. We have no problems with that either;-)

A great time was had by all. The Villa was perfect for a group of 3 couples. Each had their own privacy and bathrooms. There was plenty of space.

The cooking facilities were great.

Having the 2 buggies was just perfect.

We will certainly be using Whitsunday Holidays for our next visit to Hamilton Island.

just wanted to drop you a line about how good Frangipani 004 is. This was our 10th holiday on the island, and it was the best lodge we have stayed in yet. Absolutely everything we could have wanted or needed was supplied, it was 1st class. Brilliant apartment, we will definitely stay there again.

We couldn’t believe how every single thing we wanted be it a utensil, down to a salad spinner was provided, brilliant! They have the best potato peeler there, I’m buying one of those! Not to mention the apartment itself is gorgeous!

We just had the best holiday we’ve ever had on Hamilton Island from when we were met at the airport until we went on our return flight. The accommodation at Bella Vista West was unbelievable.
