We have been to Hamilton Island a few times and stayed in beautiful accommodation but Bella Vista 4 was truly amazing. It has just been renovated and everything looks brand new. It is extremely spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could possibly want. The views from all bedrooms and the living area were absolutely breathtaking. The balcony was massive and we spent a lot of time relaxing with a glass of wine. It was great having the two buggies to get around the island. The valet service was excellent and booking and communication with Whitsunday Holidays was great. We were celebrating my 60th birthday and wanted to stay somewhere special. Bella Vista 4 exceeded our expectations and we will definitely stay again.

Every member of our family truly enjoyed our stay on Hamilton Island and in particular the use of ‘The Cowries’ house. We shared many happy meals and stories on the wonderful veranda and inside at the formal table. The house was easy to live in and so well equipped. We look forward to recommending this location to friends and family.

The accommodation is so good that everyone of us enjoyed the journey. The house is clean and big, we can use buggy to everywhere in the island. The kangaroo come to the grass in front of the balcony everyday. there’re not many restaurants in the island, but we can buy food in IGA and cook ourselves. We will spend our holiday in this fantastic place again.

I feel that Perce and Bronwyn should be congratulated on their clean and appropriately furnished property. It was a pleasure to stay there – especially after the damage caused to other (and neighbouring) properties by Cyclone Debbie. A testament, I suppose, to the quality of the construction of “The Cowries”.

The house is well laid out and is ideal for 8 plus guests who can, if necessary, have either privacy or company as they choose in the large property.

All in all, a beaut place to spend a holiday with family and friends with magnificent views and a great degree of privacy.

Both Perce and Bronwyn went out of their way to ensure our arrival and departure went seamlessly.

Thank you for a wonderful stay – we enjoyed our time very much and the house was just amazing including the scenery.

Perfect apartment on ground floor opened onto grass area, ideal for families. Next to lovely pool area. Beach a 2 minute walk across the road and down stairs. We walked to the marina each day which we enjoyed but had the use of a buggy when we were tired of an evening.

My wife, daughter, son-in-law, grandson and I arrived on a flight 1-hour late but the valet service was there waiting for us at the airport with a large enough van to hold all of us and luggage. One reason we chose Frangipani 8 was that it was ground floor, both at the front door and rear patio. They provided high chair, crib and car seat for our 1-year old. I can’t think of anything we needed that wasn’t there. (However, there were no paper towels and only 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom.) It was very clean except there was a scent of ant spray. (We had to keep all food in the fridge otherwise ants would gather. Same with patio. Don’t leave dropped food on the patio.) The weather was hot and humid but the air conditioner worked very well. (Too well; my kids wanted it colder than I did, and it stayed almost cold inside.) The location was great, literally the last condo on the Catseye Beach side. View was great. You cannot walk straight across the road to the beach. But, it is still a short walk. You do have to walk further (or drive the included golf cart) down to the resort where the lounge chairs are. This condo is right next to a shaded pool, but far enough way that noise was never a problem. We also could not hear any noise from the unit next to us or above us. You could drive the golf cart to almost everywhere on the island in almost 5 minutes. It had a full size fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher. The living area and master bedroom had large glass doors out to the patio. The 2nd bedroom was plain but was fine for us. The 2nd bathroom was fine but did not have a vent for the air conditioner. There were kangaroos (or maybe wallabies, I don’t know the difference) and cockatoos outside the patio every day. I would consider staying here again if we return. They answered my several emails of questions before and while we were there.

Three of us stayed here for three nights and it was great. Great price in a spectacular setting, plenty of room, 2 bathrooms, included transfers and buggy!! Clean and great helpful staff. I will recommend and certainly go back.

We had a fantastic holiday at Bella Vista West 4. So much so that I am already wanting to book again for next year.

The accommodation was first class and the facilities were more than adequate for a week away.

The best part was that we were located on the quieter side of the island but yet only a short trip into the town should we need any supplies.

I would highly recommend this tropical escape, but also want to keep it a secret!

Dear Whitsunday team,

Thanks so much for helping to make our week on Hamilton Island run so smoothly. We had an amazing time, and hope to be back same time next year!!

We were more than happy with our week long stay at Bella Vista West 4, and my 9 year old son agrees that next time we should stay longer!

As we were almost entirely self catering, we were pleasantly surprised to find the kitchen beautifully organised with plenty of quality utensils and cookware, as well as a number of complete sets of crockery and glass ware (rare in holiday houses).

The house is large, with air conditioning, fans and balconies for each of the 3 very big bedrooms. Plenty of storage, great bathrooms, beautiful views. It’s positioned right between the marina and beach sides of the island (6 or 7 mins from each), and just metres down the road from the One Tree Hill cocktail bar, which caters for children with mocktails and Movenpick ice cream!

Again, enormous thanks. Everything was perfect!

Sorry for my tardy report, however after 8 nights on Hamilton with the kids and grand kids, Larraine and I had a week at the Sheraton Noosa

to recover and now, back at work to pay for the next few holidays.

Firstly, can I thank all those at Villa Care for the expeditious transfers and attending to a couple or minor issues promptly.

To all you ladies at Whitsunday Holidays, a big thank you for your help from the time of the original booking through the payment process and liaising whilst we were on the island.

Turning to the Glasshouse itself – WOW!, it’s even better than the pictures on the website. Brilliantly set out and appointed

with nearly everything on hand for a great holiday.

In the words of the 3 year old, Owen on landing at Sydney – “when are we going back to Hamilton Island?”

The whole family hope that it will be really soon.

Our congratulation to the owners of Frangipani 004. We stayed over Xmas/ New Year 2015/16. The accommodation is beautiful with what we think are the best views in the block. Ground level entry with a short easy walk to the beach and a stone throw a little further on to the busy activities on Catseye Beach. My 93 year old Mum managed it with ease.

We loved it so much, we’ve re-booked for next year.

Thank you for helping us enjoy a fantastic holiday on Hamilton Island. it was a great escape from our NZ winter.

An amazing property! Just as good as in the pictures if not better. It was a lovely place to stay on the island and we had such a great time. The location means you get to utilise the whole of the island, not just the Marina and Resort areas. And is just down the road from the fabulous sunsets. The use of the buggies is a real bonus and were well utilised. We felt totally at home and had no complaints whatsoever, right from the booking process through to leaving. Would love to return one day and would definitely stay here again.

couches and beds. The unit was immaculate. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our time there so much!

Thank you for a fantastic holiday. We had an amazing time and were really impressed with the property. It felt so nice to have such a spacious place to stay, and for each couple to have our own little area within the property.

The house was absolutely spotless and we were so impressed with all of the inclusions. We had everything that we needed which made it really feel like a home away from home.

The transportation between the airport and accommodation was seamless and the gents were very helpful and polite.

All in all the property was above and beyond our expectations and we will be back!
