Here are a few of our favourites to whet your appetite for some time out on Hamilton Island soon.
Kahala features a 15 metre infinity edge pool that overlooks the ocean, thanks to its prime beachfront position. There’s even a heated outdoor spa right alongside. And if you feel the need to, the pool can be heated. Take a morning dip at Catseye Beach – you’ll have your own private pathway providing direct access. Spend the afternoon lounging on the deck and enjoy sundowners around or in the pool at sunset.
The Edge apartments share a simply stunning infinity-edge pool, described as the best on the island by one of our guests. Enjoy magnificent views out across the Whitsundays from your apartment and around the shared pool area.
Positioned directly opposite the beach and with access to a variety of resort pools, Lagoon 102 is one of our most sought after apartments. Stay here and you will have access to the Hibiscus Pool just a few metres away and outside the Frangipani complex is another pool. Both feature a kitchenette and BBQ.
Hamilton Island is famous for its variety of pools open to all guests and positioned overlooking the main Catseye Beach. Bougainvillea pool is perfect for families. Curved edges make it easy for young swimmers and it has a range of depths. It’s also a bit of an oasis as it’s located away from the more popular pools. Bougainvillea Pool is heated during winter so ideal for year-round swimming.
The Main Pool on Hamilton Island is renowned for its size, location close to the beach and restaurants, and of course its swim up bar.
