Dear Whitsundays Holiday Team, We would like to say how much we enjoyed our stay on Hamilton Island! Our Apartments (Lagoon 102 and Lagoon 104) were just fabulous. Great location, fantastic views, spacious and well appointed, tastefully decorated, appreciated the little extras and use of the Golf buggy. Your team provided the most friendly service from start to finish with a well planned check in, transfer and check out process running smoothly and efficiently. All the staff we encountered were friendly and gave great service with a smile. Nothing was too much trouble. We look forward to visiting Hamilton in the near future and staying once again in Lagoon 102 & Lagoon 104. Please pass on our thanks to the owners of these properties. Excellent apartment (2 good bedrooms and bathrooms, the main bedroom had an epic view and great ensuite). The whole apartment was very comfortable and spacious and a good location. Having a very comfortable table and cushioned seats on the veranda made it awesome for relaxing with the spectacular view, and having two day bed style beds was fantastic. The best part of the booking was having the buggy included. The buggies were in high demand while we were there and a lot of our friends could not book one so having this included in our accommodation was well worth the additional dollars.
