What is the cancellation policy?

20% Booking Deposit is non-refundable but is transferable to another date within the same property (outside of 30 days prior to arrival. Balance (due 30 days prior to arrival) AND the deposit becomes strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. The only exception is if the booking can be replaced. $200 cancellation fee applies.
