Thanks for the email! We did have a lovely time, helped by beautiful weather and a fantastic apartment! We have absolutely nothing negative to raise about the apartment, it was a very positive experience staying there. Please pass on our thanks to the owner especially for the little extras that made travelling with young kids easy.....the stroller, noodles for the pool, all the kitchen appliances and utensils, the great TV for some "quiet" time and Mark and I sure enjoyed the bottle of champagne. We will return to Hamilton Island in the future and hopefully we will be able to book the same apartment! Thanks again for arranging an easy and stress free break for us. Regards Catherine

Had an amazing break and Lagoon 101 was fantastic. We have travelled a lot and this is one place where we will return! The master bed was amazing, the 'BMW' buggy was my husbands favourite, what can I say - it was true bliss and we preferred to stay in rather than going out. Thanks for a wonderful 5 days. We had a wonderful stay on Hamilton and will have great memories of "Frangipani 004" We were impressed with the facilities provided in the unit, the view, the quietness, all in all a great experience and we wouldn't hesitate recommending it to anyone. No improvement can be made on this property as it provided everything my family and I required. The kitchen was well appointed; the beds were very comfortable; the balcony area was simply stunning. Kristie, On behalf of my family I would like to thank the owners of Blue Water Views 17 for a very enjoyable stay in their apartment. It was a magical wedding of our daughter on the Saturday, with the most spectacular reception at the Beach House Restaurant - the last wedding they'll be holding there I believe. I would have no hesitation in recommending the apartment and your organisation to anyone thinking of travelling to Hamilton Island. Hopefully my wife and I can holiday on Hamilton in April/May. Dear Clare, Stacey and Kristie, We had a fantastic, relaxing, thoroughly enjoyable eight nights at Infinity. The property is wonderful. The amenities were great and we really lacked nothing! The biggest problem we faced was forcing ourselves to leave. The service your team provides is exceptional - from enquiry level through to booking, airport valet collection, ease of payment, communication etc etc etc. Second to none. I was on the Island for race week and the organisation we dealt with for that accommodation booking does not come close to providing the level of expertise that you guys do. Well done and thank you! Many thanks again for the extra inclusion of a blender – it certainly got a work out with our cocktail menu! I would not hesitate to contact you for future stays and indeed would recommend both Whitsunday Holidays and Infinity to friends and family. And further … we thoroughly enjoyed a brilliant lunch at the Beach House, a ‘welcome to the island’ dinner on Denison Star (which exceeded my expectations) ,a great dinner at Mariners and gob-smacking, awe-inspiring helicopter rides with Louie and Ash, based on the island. The apartment was fabulous and so modern and we commend the owners on providing every possible appliance/furniture for our use and comfort. We felt very special. The service that was provided to us upon arrival and departure was first class and The Whitsunday Holiday Team must have worked very hard to ensure the apartment was thoroughly cleaned and presentable. Hi I have just got back from an amazing trip to Australia and New Zealand, including some time in Sydney to see my son and grandson. My younger son recommended visiting Hamilton island on our trip to North Queensland. We were delighted with Oasis 19, better than the brochure showed, as the high position in the trees among the exotic birds couldn't really be experienced through pictures. The apartment was of a high standard and well equipped, the best during our stay in Queensland. We loved waking up to the call of the kookaburras and seeing the sulphur crested cockatoos and rainbow lorikeets. We had a pale pink gecko living on the veranda. However we did only enjoy looking at the animals and didn't feed them, as requested. It was a bonus having a buggy included and we took full advantage of it. I certainly intend to go again. Hi guys Thanks so much for a fabulous stay! The Retreat was nothing short of spectacular as a place to stay for my 40th Birthday. I could not fault one thing about the place. The views are spectacular, the layout is perfect for a group of friends to stay together, and the pool is just the best spot to laze around, enjoy the view and drink a wee gin and tonic!!! thanks for making my 40th birthday the most memorable day! Please also pass on my thanks to the people that manage the place, they were very helpful with a couple of calls I had to make to them regarding power, bbq and water issues - they responded very quickly and nothing was too much trouble for them! Thanks again - I will absolutely return to the retreat and tell others to stay there as well. Rachel Parry-Jones

Girls thanks for the follow up, Our holiday was just perfect, the island was fantastic, the weather superb and the accommodation exceeded expectations. Shoreline 36 was a winner for us and when visiting next will definitely book it again. If I had any suggestions an electric frying pan would be useful as we do not cook with gas at home. It is a little pricey compared to other accommodation on the island but it is very aesthetically pleasing! We all loved it! Hello Clare, Stacey and Kristie Thank you for the email and the for the opportunity to tell you of the wonderful family time we had recently on Hamilton Island. As I have said before from the first moment of contact with you everything was handled superbly. Thank you – whilst I prefer ‘first hand’ contact I was never left in any doubt with the ‘online’ communication and through the combination of the two I never felt in any doubt that our booking was vulnerable or that we would be left to our own devices once the booking (and payment) was made. The valet service was wonderful also – very personal, genuine, helpful and punctual! We just loved Oasis 23! Everything was ‘first class’ and the unit was prepared thoroughly and offered more than you can expect with regards to kitchen/ laundry/ holiday requirements (e.g. beach towels provided – wow, did that save on packing space especially as we have 19 and 17 year old daughters!!!!!) as well as the quality of the buggy (just loved it!). Thank you again and be assured I will have no problem recommending you as a booking agent for anyone contemplating a Hamilton Island holiday. Cheers Terry

The refurb is brilliant, we loved it and all our friends and associates here in Sydney are very envious of our photos. Kitchen – really well inventoried. Was so good we stayed in one night and cooked a roast in the oven. Coolest toaster ever!! Your managers/valet were very good, well presented and professional – befitting the high standard of presentation of your property. And yes, we would definitely like to stay there again.
