We just had the best holiday we've ever had on Hamilton Island from when we were met at the airport until we went on our return flight. The accommodation at Bella Vista West was unbelievable. It was exactly the way it looked on the internet (which is rare). We are even thinking of returning in about 5 years time when our children will be more self sufficient. Hi, We had a fantastic time and I don’t think it would have been as good if we didn’t use your services and the beautiful Shorelines 3 apartment. Just stunning! The use of the buggy made our time on Hamilton Island so much easier, this was a great bonus of staying at Shorelines 3! G'day Team, Our group had a wonderful time on Hamilton. We were all very impressed with the accommodation and were quite comfortable. A couple in our group even went way out of their comfort zone and did things they never thought they would do. We all had a ball. Thank you for all your help in making this family get-together one that will be talked about for ages, and, no doubt, the couple of family members that couldn't make it green with envy. I recently booked a holiday on Hamilton Island to celebrate my 25th Wedding Anniversary through Whitsunday Holidays. From the first contact, I have only but praise for the entire experience and would highly recommend the Whitsunday Holidays team. The initial contact with Clare was super efficient and return emails usually came back within an hour. The greeting from Casey when we arrived was super friendly and soon after collecting our bags we were welcomed into our holiday apartment. The 3 level apartment (Shorelines 26) was absolutely magnificent, especially looking out over the water with a glass of wine at sunset. The warning to be careful about closing the door to keep the pesky cockatoos out was much appreciated as it would have been terrible to have to explain the damage to the owner. Other highlights of the holiday were dinner at the Long Pavilion at Qualia and golf at the magnificent new scenic course on Dent Island. I will definitely book my next holiday through the Whitsunday Holidays team. Regards Bruce.

Thanks for the opportunity to give some feedback on our holiday. All went wonderfully - from our pick up at the airport to arriving at Bella Vista! The Unit was SUPERB! Hi, I have only the highest level of praise for The Whitsunday Holidays Team - they were fabulous in every respect. The property was good, we were just not quite blessed with good weather! We had a great time though and would be recommending it to others.

Dear Clare, The Glasshouse is a fabulous house and you should have heard all the ooohs and aaaahs from my family as they walked in the front door! Perfect for our size family and everything we could have asked for was there including a big bagful of toys for our little ones. On the Saturday night, as a huge surprise to me, my three daughters had organised for a Chef and Waiter to come to "the Glasshouse" and prepare a 4 course meal. The chef did all the cooking on the downstairs Teppanyaki....it was superb. The waiter would have walked up and down those stairs many, many times. It was an unforgettable evening and it couldn't have happened if it were not for a house as lovely as the one we stayed in. Everything was excellent. Please compliment the Owners for their taste and decor. It is indeed a very beautiful house in which to stay. The team which greeted us at the Airport and who took us through "the Glasshouse", and looked after us during our stay, were delightful. Nothing was too much trouble. Hi all, We had a lovely stay once again. The apartment we think is the best of all the Shorelines due to it's perfect location. Standing in the kitchen seeing nothing but water makes you feel like you are on wonderful cruise ship. The outlook and view like no other !! Well I must say the property was exactly what we wanted and what we expected for the price , my family thought it perfect , very well presented and in a most beautiful position. Dear Stacey and Whitsunday Holiday team, We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Hamilton Island at Shorelines 29 for our daughter’s wedding. It was a fantastic apartment, well appointed and aesthetically decorated with beautiful views and played residential host to several pre and post wedding drinks celebrations with close friends and family. It was a wonderful retreat after a great event even though the weather was unkind on the day. We appreciated the valet service and the use of the golf buggy. Many thanks Meredyth

Hi everyone, Just wanted to let you know we had a wonderful weekend in the "Infinity" house on the weekend. What a beautiful home it is....and even with 14 in the house you did not feel like you were tripping over each other. The transport to and from the apartment was very good, and we really appreciated those few extra hours in the apartment before we departed. I hadn't been to Hamilton Island for about 8 years and had always stayed in the Whitsunday apartments. Staying at Shorelines was infinitely better! Hi, We stayed 3 days in Cooinda Gardens 5 and found the house to be excellent. The Golf cart was great also. Valet service was on time and very helpful. Fantastic stay. We would do it again. Hello everyone, Just wanted to say a very big thank you to all of you for your excellent service throughout our holiday on Hamilton Island. We stayed in Oasis 4 from 17th-20th June - beautiful spot and fantastic accommodation! Would like to have a special mention for Chloe our lovely valet/Information lady, what a professional, friendly lady, top marks to her! Also Claire and the girls - I must say it was a real pleasure to receive such amazing service, very rare these days so congratulations to you all we had such a fantastic time we cannot wait to return for another holiday!
