To the team at Whitsunday holidays, We recently spent four nights at Yacht Club Villa 26 'Jabula'. Our group of 8 adults were astounded at how beautiful the property was on arrival. The property had EVERYTHING you could want for, there was not a thing that we would change. Everything ,from booking through to check out ,was attended to professionally and we would all highly recommend staying at any of the properties you manage...especially 'jabula'. What an amazing house, in possibly the best location on Hamilton island..so close to everything. Couldn't recommend it highly enough!! Thanks again, we'll definitely be back

Lagoon 007 was a great apartment. The location was perfect & we had everything we needed. The owners were more than accommodating for any requests or queries we had. We would definitely stay at this apartment again. Great size also! Rachele

Hi, I have been meaning to email you since we got home last week to say what a wonderful time we had at Pavillions 19. The apartment was just fantastic and we were all really impressed with the standard of the apartment. It was great to have plenty of plates, cups and cutlery (you'd be amazed how often you stay in places that sleep up to 8 or 9 and only supply 4 or 6 of everything!). And having some platters and large serving bowls was fantastic. In fact the kitchen was incredibly well supplied! I also wanted to mention how fantastic all the staff I have dealt with by email have been - very helpful and friendly. When we go back to Hamilton Island, we will definitely be booking through you again (and hopefully staying at Pavillions 19 again). Thanks again for helping to make it a truly great holiday for all of us. Rochelle P.S. Hi Catherine, Just wanted to say a big thank you to you and the team for your efforts in making our holiday one to remember for years to come. We had an absolute “blast” on the island, and we cannot wait to go back again. It’s such a beautiful place, and Shorelines 20 was fantastic, and so was the buggy. (I think our boys had more fun driving the buggy than anything else!!!) My wife and I both celebrate our 50th Birthdays next year, so we might just use that as an excuse to come back, but this time stay longer. Anyway, thanks again for a great holiday. Kind regards Paul

Hi there, I do have some feedback on 'No City Limits'! The property is just awesome. Extremely well laid out, huge, master bedroom a long long way from the children's bedroom (win!), great pool for them to swim in, the views are both private and breathtaking. To the Whitsunday Holiday Team, Thank you all so much for making our family holiday on Hamilton Island one to remember. From our first contact with you guys you have been fantastic...quick replies to questions, always happy to help out, excellent communication via email and phone. We couldn't have asked for anything more and have passed this feedback on to Bronwyn and Percy (owners of Cowries). The Cowries was everything we hoped for and more! This brilliantly designed house was perfect for 14 people (ages ranging from 18 months to 60). The top deck is something we will all remember...the view, the size, the way it opens from the kitchen etc. We ate every meal on the deck and and cooked on the BBQ. Being able to do a Coles online delivery and have our alcohol delivered was great. The pool is better than the photos on the website, the table, sun lounges around the pool allowed us all to enjoy the pool, the setting and happy hour together. The Miele appliances are fantastic, a brilliant fridge (great ice trays), a terrific clothes line, plenty of glasses, plates, cooking appliances etc. The coffee machine was a real bonus and Moët on arrival got our holiday off to a great start. We have recommended to our friends that if they ever go to Hamilton Island, this is the place to stay. We will be back and can't wait!! Thanks guys, Love the Newbold Family xox

Hi, We had a wonderful time staying at Compass Point 10. I have booked many holiday destinations and accommodations over the years and I have to admit I am always a bit apprehensive when I arrive as on occasions the property has been photo shopped and is nothing like the advertised photos. Compass Point 10 was as good if not better than expected so well done Whitsunday Holidays team, I will certainly recommend your services. Our driver was very polite and had good communication skills, on the occasion of contacting your office all the young ladies were helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble. You could certainly teach some of the staff at Hamilton a thing or two! Seriously we had such a good time. Thank you for all your help in selecting our accommodation and for your polite and professional service. Janet Langford

Having usually stayed on our boat on the island this was our first experience (in 15 years) in a unit (we are officially converted). The unit was perfect, the location brilliant. We simply didn't want to leave and spent a great deal of time working out when we can return.We will also be telling our friends. Can't wait to return.The Sansby Family

We had a great time staying here. Great property right on the beach. The ground floor position is great for young children.When we return next year we'll do the same again ie book this apartment and order groceries from the mainland for delivery (we used Whitsunday Provisions). Jennifer

Hi, We would like to thank the Whitsunday Holidays Team for a fabulous Hamilton Island holiday. From the initial contact, through to the booking arrangements, numerous questions via email, the valet service and well appointed unit provided the team demonstrated professional, friendly and prompt service. We could not be more appreciative of the wonderful service we received from the Whitsunday Holidays Team. Thank you also for the tip on Whitsunday Provisioning, we were provided with high quality meat, chicken, fruit and veg half an hour after we arrived on the island. The unit was just how it was presented on the internet site. It was perfectly located, beautifully finished, including the most comfortable day beds (upon which several members of the family could be found sleeping each afternoon), and was clean and well kept. We enjoyed using the bbq most days and sat on the balcony for every meal. The buggy was terrific for getting around the island. We look forward to coming back again, hopefully the same time next year. Thanks again Cath

Hi, Thank you for organising our booking at Oasis 23. Everything concerning the booking went very smoothly. We found the property Oasis 23 to be fabulous. It met the expectations created by the photos (not always the case) and we particularly enjoyed the view, the outdoor area, the kitchen facilities and kitchenware provided and the general homeliness and welcoming feel of the property.
