Dear Holiday Team, Thankyou for your email regards our stay at "The Glasshouse". We certainly had a fabulous time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at such an iconic property. The house was so well positioned to capitalise on those wonderful views and so comfortable and quiet that even if one didn't venture out it wouldn't matter! However we did manage to prise ourselves out of the house and were rewarded with exciting, fun and unique experiences, but at the end of an exhausting day we couldn't wait to return to the glass sanctuary and relax. When we visited the island last year we ate out every night, but with the ultimate appliance now available, the restaurants didn't stand a chance! The Tepanyaki bar was outstanding and even my daughter volunteered to be masterchef.( I am now trying to incorporate a smaller one at our Sydney home). Overall the experience of staying in such a world-class property would have to be 100%. The property owner has done a top job developing a house of such dimension and should be very proud. It was very clean, the furniture and furnishings were well thought out and very smart. The design and layout was clever and the pool was sparkling and inviting. the gardens and surrounds were well maintained and the golf buggies were clean and in good condition. We had a wonderful time at Hamilton Island and Oasis 4 was the perfect family retreat. The apartment was very child friendly which was great for our 2 year old. The views were gorgeous, especially at sunset. The buggy was a great bonus which allowed us to really explore and get to know the island. This was my second time staying in the Oasis group of apartments and the girls at Whitsunday Holidays have been very professional and easy to deal with on both occasions. We will definitely be booking a return trip for our family in the near future. Many thanks again for a wonderful holiday :)

Hello all! We had a great time in this apartment. Please pass on our compliments to the owner for a great job on the refurbishment. The bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely, but best of all was the well stocked kitchen with plenty of crockery for a large gathering! The kitchen appliances were very much appreciated. Booked through Whitsunday Holidays. The apartment is all you could ask for when holidaying with 2 x just teens. The layout is open plan with living upstairs and sleeping downstairs. Make sure you get some groceries sent over from Coles online to take full advantage of the kitchen. 2 separate verandas (Master bedroom and Lounge) with amazing views to the west provide the perfect spot for a drink while watching the sunset. The included buggy was a hit with the kids and it's a great way to explore the whole island. The onsite swimming pools looked inviting but we didn't use them as it was a bit cool. We will definitely be back.

Hello, We had a very good time on Hamilton Island, in no small part because of our accommodation. The balcony and view cannot be played up enough. It is perfect. The louvered shutters allow breeze and view and we all gravitated to that space more often than not. The unit is well appointed and the couch was particularly comfortable. My 3 and 6 year old sons very much enjoyed the Kinnect. We had another family visiting with us that stayed at the main hotel but we gathered at our unit most days. It was a fantastic time and I look forward to returning in a year or two. Regards, Connie

Hi guys, We absolutely loved the apartment, it really did match the photos! And the extent it was fitted out with was amazing, everything and more was provided! We are so thankful and can't extend enough our appreciation enough, we are soooo glad we chose Lagoon 104! Honestly can not thank the owners enough! Also the helpful guy from Immaculate Services who picked us up from the ferry and showed us our room was great, please pass on our compliments. He was very professional and insightful being a resident of the island and was super helpful with all of our questions! I have already recommended the apartment to my friends who are looking for a honeymoon location! =) Again no issue at all. We wish we could have stayed forever! Thank you again! Olivia & Ross

Hi Clare, Thank you so much for organising our Whitsunday Sail and Stay. Charter Yachts Australia were exceptional with their support and expertise. Sandy and Paddy were so helpful. When there was a technical issue with Jasambri we were quickly given another boat without any fuss. A delightful catamaran - Yaminda. Hibiscus 108 was just fantastic too, it met all our needs. Great location and again staff at Villa Care were fabulous. We all agreed this holiday tops all others! Despite the rain and 30 knot winds it was pretty special. We found this unit more perfect than we could have imagined. Very comfortable (firm) couches and beds. The unit was immaculate. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our time there so much! Hi there! We had a lovely time on Hamilton Island. We thought Poinciana 003 was a fantastic apartment, beautifully presented and were particularly impressed with how well equipped the kitchen was. The beach toys were also a lovely touch and well used! The valet pick up at the airport was great and all in all it was a holiday that we could not have asked for more! I should also mention the fantastic service the whole Whitsunday Holidays Team provided – I had a number of questions in the lead up to our holiday and each time you were all so helpful – thank you Kind Regards Felicity

Hi there, We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 13 Shorelines and are definitely looking at booking the same apartment for next year. The owners have furnished the apartment very tastefully and we found there to be everything that we needed to make our stay as enjoyable and as comfortable as possible! The kitchen was well equipped and very clean and had everything you would need if you were staying for a longer trip! Clean bathrooms with everything you need! Spa bath with an amazing view! Bed was extremely comfortable! Overall we had a very enjoyable stay and the only thing we found wrong was that we actually had to leave! :( Thanks so much again for a great time! Natalie and Stephen

Hello, Thank you for a fantastic holiday. We had an amazing time and were really impressed with the property. It felt so nice to have such a spacious place to stay, and for each couple to have our own little area within the property. The house was absolutely spotless and we were so impressed with all of the inclusions. We had everything that we needed which made it really feel like a home away from home. The transportation between the airport and accommodation was seamless and the gents were very helpful and polite. All in all the property was above and beyond our expectations and we will be back! Hi, We really enjoyed our holiday on Hamilton Island and the The Quarterdeck (Peninsula 3) was great for our family (8 adults, 4 children). The property was clean and comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Our grandchildren really enjoyed the plunge pool and the daily visit from the birds. Immaculate services were very polite and helpful, airport pickup and drop off was on time and they attended very promptly to a flat tyre on one of the buggies. With regard to the apartment itself, the location was perfect, the view was as advertised - stunning, and the use of the buggy made getting around a breeze .
