Dear Whitsunday Holidays and the Owners of Hibiscus 208, We had the most fantastic time in your beautiful, well appointed apartment. Firstly, to the owners, thank you so much for allowing us to holiday in your beautiful apartment, the amenities were fantastic. It had everything we needed for our holiday and more. What we didn’t realise at the time of booking was that your apartment sits at the end of the building, which made the time there so peaceful and tranquil. The carers of your apartment block, the cleaners, gardener, maintenance were impressive and also smiling and ready for a chat if we initiated. Also the pool was fantastic, just what we needed when we wanted a quiet relaxing swim. Secondly, to Whitsunday Holidays, the service from booking until now has been fantastic, all questions answered in a timely fashion and with respect. The concierge was impeccable and so polite and warm. The experience as a whole was so much more than we imagined for our first family holiday with adult children. Hello, We loved our 2nd stay at Shorelines 20. My mum who came with us this time was blown away by the facilities and the view (as were we the 1st time too). We loved all the improvements/changes that had been done since our last stay in Shorelines 20. Very nice to see a few of the things fixed from last time and fresh coats of paint and new couches etc. Our son loved the Xbox and games supplied, the DVDs also great to see, we wont need to bring our own for "just in case" next time. We will definitely use this holiday house again. It is fantastic. Layla

The apartment was fantastic and if ever I return (it's on my list to visit again!) with a group I'll definitely be looking to book one of those ground floor apartments. Great location, perfect bedroom set up for us, loved being able to open the whole place up and the pool was a huge winner, especially with the nephews!! A huge shout out to Kristie and Clare who were amazing throughout the booking process, thank you! And thanks to Summer and (sorry I forgot our pick-up name!) for warm welcomes and departures. Loved loved loved the holiday and the island!!

We had an absolutely lovely stay in Lagoon 101 and would recommend it to others. We loved the location and the views, and having a buggy was fantastic. We self-catered 4 out of our 7 nights so found the well equipped kitchen very useful. The extras such as games and dvds were also really appreciated. The arrival and departure valet service made handling our luggage very easy. We have never stayed on Hamilton Island. It was a wonderful holiday and would stay again, if we return.

We recently stayed at the Bella Vista West 4 apartment on Hamilton Island, we had a fantastic time as usual and the renovations and equipment in our apartment were great. The place is well equipped with all the kitchen luxuries and plenty of crockery and cutlery also a great oven and fridge + washer and dryer. We have stayed at this apartment before it was renovated and they have done a good job. Thanks and we look forward to visiting again next year. Kind Regards Pauline

Hi girls Just wanted to let you know what a great holiday we had at The Cowries earlier this month. The house is very well set up for 3 families as we were. The owners had everything that we would need in the house for our enjoyment as well as the 2 X 4 person buggies. The decks were used for breakfast, lunch & dinner with the Weber working overtime while we relaxed and enjoyed the views and the pool below. We all enjoyed all that Hamilton Island has to offer from us ( the grandparents), to our 2 sons & their wives & our 5 grandchildren. Thanks to owners Bronwyn & Percy . Brilliant location and amazing home

Hi, Thank you so much, we had an absolutely amazing time on Hamilton Island, and Peninsula 5 was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our large family travelling together. Our stay and the facilities there were great, and if we return to the island one day we would definitely attempt to book this place again. The kids especially loved that there were pool toys already inflated and ready to go there too! Absolutely everything was thought of and provided for by either the owners of the house or Whitsunday Holidays. We were travelling as a large group with young kids and the fact that there was an extra buggy, a baby car seat, high chair and a portacot provided made our experience a whole lot easier and stress free! Hello Whitsunday Holidays! Just wanted to thank you for your help in our recent trip to Hamilton Island. In particular we would like to thank Sue, who picked us up from the marina and took us to the house. I’m sure she went out of her way to help us with our ridiculous amount of luggage! A very roomy and relaxing apartment ,great location within walking distance to the Marina and town . The added bonus of a Buggy to explore the island and meet up with friends.
