Thanks for your email prompt and I am pleased to have the opportunity to provide some feedback regarding our stay.

Kingfisher is quite the nicest holiday home we have stayed in and we were absolutely delighted with it. It is well laid out, furnished and decorated, well positioned, homely, spotless, and the views are terrific. We were particularly impressed by the quality of the fittings and fixtures, and the availability of top quality audiovisual, kitchen and washing equipment. The pool was bigger (and deeper!) than we expected and we preferred using it to the resort pool. Whitsunday holidays did a fantastic job of getting everything ready for us and the airport connections were great too. Even the Jetstar run from Melbourne was perfect! We think we are in the more “difficult to please” bracket of holiday makers, and we give the property a full 10/10. We plan to return.

By way of constructive criticism, I would say that the photos on your website do not do the property justice and wonder if this is something that could be addressed as I believe the property would generate greater interest if it’s true merits were more obvious. More external shots of the house and views, even as seen from the Marina would help. I took a few photos and will take a look – I will send any good ones!
