The beauty of this luxury home is not just its central position and west-facing outlook, but how it functions. Modern, open living spaces flow to outside balconies overlooking the private pool and terrace. The middle level houses expansive living and dining areas with a large, light-filled gourmet kitchen and humidified wine fridge ready to toast the incredible island sunsets.
The lower level has its own feature entrance. The pool and terrace are perfect for relaxation and entertaining, as is the open plan second living area with sliding doors leading to the deck.

A very lovely home, had everything we needed and wanted in a home for our holiday. The location is the best on the island (we think) the comfort Kingfisher provided us all was beyond expectations. We loved staying here, we wish we stayed longer. We used the private pool at night, each guest was comforted by the fact we could temperature control our own space, the updated & new kitchen appliances were a bonus. Dear Whitsunday Holidays, Thanks for your email. We had a great holiday in a terrific location. The booking process was very good, especially being able to see the houses on the Internet. We were met at the airport and taken to the house with an introduction to the island. The referral to Whitsunday Delivery for groceries was very helpful. The house was excellent with great accommodation for us and our 3 teenage sons. The kitchen was well setup. The bathrooms were good. The bedrooms were comfortable. The pool was great. It was in a wonderful location - great view and easy access to the Marina and the beach. It was great (essential) having a buggy. The airport transfer at the end of the week was also very good. Overall we were delighted with the house and our dealings with Whitsunday Holidays. We had a wonderful holiday. Thank you very much. Neil

The best place from the 3 stays we have been there. The set out was perfect for our 2 families & was very spacious. The views were the best we have experienced from the places we have stayed & was wonderful waking up each morning to the view.
