Whitehaven Beach has to be seen to be believed! It is a must do on your next Hamilton Island holiday.

It is a 7km beach along the Western side of Whitsunday Island and is accessible via boat from either Airlie Beach or Hamilton Island. Whitehaven Beach is known for its white sands – the sand is 98% silica which makes it bright white and quite spectacular!

There are many different day and overnight trips that will take you to Whitehaven Beach during your Hamilton Island holiday.
