The Clownfish Club is Hamilton Island’s Child Care Centre catering for children aged 6 months to 12 years of age. Let our friendly, professional staff make your holiday a memorable and relaxing one!

Clownfish Club Junior Childminding Centre

The Clownfish Club offers high quality care and is operated by fully qualified early childhood leaders. Open five days a week ( Monday – Friday) ; – from 8.00am to 3.50pm. 6 months to 12 years welcome, choose from the three sessions we have available. Session times include:

Morning Session

8.00am to 11.50am

Afternoon Session

12.00pm – 3.50pm

Full Day Session
8.00am – 3.50pm

$80 for half Day/$160 for full day

• Please note a 15% surcharge applies on public holidays

What to bring

Please bring nappies, bottles, hat, etc. Please sunscreen children before attending.

Bookings are essential – please visit or phone the club once you arrive on island.

For parents heading off island on a tour, we can cater for or all day care. Children under 5 years must have a trial visit prior to parents leaving the island on a full or day tour. All sessions are subject to availability.

*Meals are not supplied for small babies, bottles and baby food must be supplied if required.

Pram Hire

Don’t drag that heavy pram away on holidays – the Clownfish Club has strollers to hire for your convenience at $15 per day. Bookings can be made prior to arriving on island by phoning 07 4946 8941

Port-a-Cot Hire

Port-a-Cots can be hired for $15 a day.  To ensure availability, bookings are recommended by phoning 07 4946 8941.

What Clownfish Club Kids do

We go swimming, play mini-golf, do Drama, make chocolate, kites and much more! Bookings are essential – Please visit or phone the club once you are on island. For parents heading off island on a tour we can cater for all day care including lunch.
