A Message from Hamilton Island….
We’d like to share an important update regarding upcoming improvements on Hamilton Island.
To support the rejuvenation of the Hamilton Island Resort Centre, from 2 June Sails Restaurant and Pool will close temporarily. We look forward to unveiling the revitalised space on 5 December 2025.
• During this time Sails Bar will remain open for takeaway/poolside food and drinks
• All guests are welcome to enjoy the nearby Bougainvillea Pool and Beach Pavilion Kiosk, open daily for light snacks and drinks
As part of our continued investment in the guest experience, we’re pleased to share two exciting updates on the island’s food and beverage offering
• From 18 June, coca chu will open for lunch Monday to Saturday, 12pm–2.30pm, offering a vibrant beachside setting and a specially curated menu
• Guests can also enjoy Catseye Pool Club, the signature restaurant at our new boutique hotel, The Sundays. Now open for lunch, it’s helmed by acclaimed culinary duo Josh and Julie Niland, and offers relaxed, island-style dining with sweeping views over Catseye Bay
