To whom it may concern,

We stayed at Whitsunday Apartment W1302 and loved it. Not just the look of the place but everything it included - buggy, champagne, water-sport equipment, etc...

The basics: Beds were comfy, place was clean and good looking and the kitchen had everything we needed. It's a very livable place but still quite modern.

The view is the best part - they definitely didn't lie about that!

The service was great and the information book in the apartment had everything in it that we wanted to know - we organised our whole holiday through it. One thing we didn't have was a map of the island.

I would recommend this place to anyone and we will probably come again!

We had a sensational time in the Penthouse. Grandkids loved the pools and the buggies. All the accommodation was great, everybody was comfortable and the lounge on the balcony was great and a surprise as it was not in the photos on the website.

We had a great time on Hamlton Island! It was our first time there and we will go there again! The apartment Poinciana 001 was lovely and suited us really well! I also would like to thank you for organising "the extra" - the cot and the highchair (it was a total blessing!!) - as our little grandson stayed with us a couple of nights and for many meals!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time on Hamilton Island and found the apartment (Pavillions #22) perfect for our family which ranged in age from 90 to 15. We had three units hired in the complex for a family celebration of 16 family members.

The apartment is the most wonderfully equipped holiday unit that we have ever stayed in and we could want for nothing. The champagne and nibbles on arrival were greatly appreciated.

The attention received by Wendy and the staff on the island was fantastic – any problem (only minor) we had was sorted out immediately. The standard of linen and toiletries was also very high and having a service done mid stay was great.

We would recommend this unit to anyone.

The accommodation was excellent. Perfectly positioned to everything.

I am more than happy to provide feedback on our stay at Bella Vista East no. 3 for the week November 11th-18th 2011, and the service you provided.

This was a return visit for us, having stayed last year at the same location and same time. It was wonderful to again enjoy the space and comfort at such a beautiful location, Bella Vista's grounds and buildings are very well-maintained. Our accommodation is so light and airy and offers a lovely quiet place to relax with everything only a short buggy ride away! We used the pool daily and enjoyed alfresco meals on the patio as well as enjoying the many dining options the Island offers.

Vince from Immaculate Island Services looked after us well and was attentive and helpful.

Communication with everyone at the Whitsunday Holidays Team was excellent, with someone always available to assist when we phoned. Your contact with me leading up to our holiday was professional and friendly, so thank you very much. I also look forward to booking with you again in the future.

The booking team did everything right in helping us with the arrangements and the unit was even better than we imagined it could be.
A huge thank you to the owners for the Chandon, which we enjoyed the first night on the balcony. Thank you also for making our son
welcome by leaving linen and towels for him. He spent two nights with us and also thoughly enjoyed his time on Hamilton.

The apartment was excellent, everything that we needed for the seven days was included as well as beach ball, picnic blanket etc. The pool was very popular with the children who spent a lot of time swimming there rather than going to the main resort pools.

The ground floor was important to us, and the wallabies did indeed come up at night to keep the grass down (a major win for our American visitors!).

Was great to have valet service to and from the airport, and loved our gorgeous golf buggy, think we had the best one on Hamilton Island with it's great blinds that allowed us to tour round the Island even though it was raining.

The terrace was great for drinks with a view, and being the end unit, we were close to the pool and had privacy from all the other units. Poinciana is close to everything and it was great having our own little buggy to get about the island with ease. Would definitely recommend this apartment to others.

I just wanted to pass along my congratulations on Lagoon 101. It has got to be the most beautiful 2 bedroom property on Hamilton Island. From Oct 15-19 I took my second trip to Hamilton after falling in love with it back in May. We booked Lagoon 101 for both trips. It's an absolutely gorgeous beachfront property with the most amazing views and spectacularly furnished. Thanks and congratulations go to the owners for setting up such a luxurious getaway holiday home. We could not have been more comfortable, relaxed, and impressed! Along with the amazing property, the team at Whitsunday Holidays is a pleasure to deal with and organized everything to create a stress-free holiday. Would (and HAVE) recommend Lagoon 101 and Whitsunday Holidays to anyone travelling to the Whitsundays!

The unit was lovely and clean and nicely furnished and loved the TV in every bedroom as we had 4 generations under the same roof so we all had plenty of space
The Whitsunday Holidays team were so professional and punctual in picking us up from the airport and dropping us back and emailing us information about the Island and activities in advance, Thank you it made our stay run smoothly

Hi there,

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Hamilton Island, the weather wasn’t too kind for us but I am sure the property owner couldn’t help us with that, but it didn’t affect us having a fun relaxing time with great company. The accommodation was brilliant and we will be in touch with Whitsunday Holidays again, as it will not be the last time we will visit the Island, I think for all four couples.

You can let the property owner know that all the guests who stayed at his/her property were extremely happy, the villa was a dream.

And thank you for all your help, it was quite daunting organizing a holiday for four couples but everything fell into place perfectly. The only thing i couldn’t do anything about was the weather, which I did warn everyone about my ‘weather’ track record. It was wet but wasn’t cold, it was actually quite pleasant and didn’t keep us out of the pools.

This was our fourth trip to Hamilton Island in 8 years and we love it more each time we visit. We’ve booked trips through Whitsunday Holidays previously and has always been easy and well managed. Previous stays have been at The Oasis and The Longhouse. The Shorelines 14 was very accommodating with 2 young children and has amazing views.

Thanks for the email, Hamilton Island was awesome. The J & L services (think that was the name) were great on the land and the apartment was well maintained. I think Poinciana is a great location also as it was so central to the Marina, Catseye Beach and Boganvillia pool where we spent most of our time.

The kids meals offered were excellent value (buffet for $12) so the kids eat free promo really isn’t a big deal.

A great time was had by all. The Villa was perfect for a group of 3 couples. Each had their own privacy and bathrooms. There was plenty of space.

The cooking facilities were great.

Having the 2 buggies was just perfect.

Thanks to the Whitsunday team for a great suggestion in this Apartment.
We were more than happy with the accommodation, it was lovely and clean when we arrived and had everything we needed for self catering.
The pool was lovely and when you wanted to have some time out it was a lovely place to go. The buggy and driving the buggy around the island added to the total experience – it was so much fun.
Hamilton Island was fantastic we had the most wonderful time, trying most of the activities on offer. I would also like to thank Whitsunday provisions for the food they provided and I intend to write to them separately to thank them for the wonderful fresh food that they sent. I deliberately used them as I hoped we would be able to get more local produce and this appeared to be the case, meat and veggies etc were beautiful
We would love to come back some time and hopefully have another Hamilton Island experience…..

Yes we had a great time, Hamilton Island is lovely. The Oasis apartment was very nice, had everything we needed we specially enjoyed the view from the veranda. We spend most of our days by the pool at the resort, then back on our veranda for afternoon drinks. Checked out the yacht club. Had some nice meals at the Tavern. Sunsail were great we enjoyed our 5 days on the yacht. The whitsundays are beautiful. We needed more time to see it all, but we really enjoyed what we did see, we were very lucky with nice weather.

We would certainly do it again for longer and glad to recommend it to our friends.

This property has been beautifully renovated and is a must for those with a larger family. Even though there are only 2brms there is still plenty of room to move and play games on the floor in the 2nd room for 4 children! The view from the main is just amazing to wake up to each morning and makes it even harder to get out of the kingsize bed. The kitchen is large enough to cook up a feast and well stocked! I would highly recommend this property to anyone and we will definitely be back!

Our holiday stay at Whitsundays Apartment No. 1302 was fantastic!!!! So good in fact that we are coming back in March with extended family. Penthouse 1302 was stunning! The views, the comfy bed, the champagne, the chocolate, I am telling all my friends (the ones without kids, or even the ones that want to get away without the kids) to stay here!!!!

Hello there

We had an absolutely fabulous time (as we always do) on our week at Hammo!!

The Yacht Club Villa 6 exceeded our expectations! We absolutely loved it. We had 2 families sharing and with 3 young children the lawn area right at our back door was just perfect. They could run around and play while we sat at the table relaxing at the back. The pool is fantastic and the proximity to everything second to none. We will definitely be booking that Villa again for our trip next year once we confirm our dates. Also the bottle of champagne, beers and bottle of milk that were left compliments of the owner was a really lovely touch. We can’t wait to return!!

We had a great time and Hamilton is a great spot. The views were fantastic and the property was great. It worked out well that we had views of the pool but we didn’t have direct access to it like the rooms on the first level seeing we have two small kids. Thanks for a great break away.

We had a great holiday in a terrific location.

The booking process was very good, especially being able to see the houses on the Internet. We were met at the airport and taken to the house with an introduction to the island. The referral to Whitsunday Delivery for groceries was very helpful. The house was excellent with great accommodation for us and our 3 teenage sons. The kitchen was well setup. The bathrooms were good. The bedrooms were comfortable. The pool was great. It was in a wonderful location - great view and easy access to the Marina and the beach. It was great (essential) having a buggy. The airport transfer at the end of the week was also very good.

Overall we were delighted with the house and our dealings with Whitsunday Holidays. We had a wonderful holiday. Thank you very much.

just wanted to drop you a line about how good Frangipani 004 is. This was our 10th holiday on the island, and it was the best lodge we have stayed in yet. Absolutely everything we could have wanted or needed was supplied, it was 1st class. Brilliant apartment, we will definitely stay there again.

We couldn't believe how every single thing we wanted be it a utensil, down to a salad spinner was provided, brilliant! They have the best potato peeler there, I'm buying one of those! Not to mention the apartment itself is gorgeous!

We had a fantastic time up in Hamilton Island and absolutely loved the apartment.

We brought my husband's parents up and they have fallen in love with Hamilton Island and will definitely be going back.

Everything in the apartment had been thought of. I had brought up my own bedding for the cot, a monitor, and cups, bowls and plates for our toddler, but it was already supplied.

The place was in an immaculate condition and the labels on the kitchen cupboards and drawers made everything easy to find, so we felt like we were in our own kitchen (although a much nicer kitchen!)

The Moet and cheese platter on arrival brought a tear to my eye as it was such a lovely touch and a great way to start our holiday.

Being able to check in as soon as we arrived on the island and check out just before our flight was such a bonus. It meant our little boy could have his sleeps at his normal times, resulting in everyone being happy and our flights being more manageable!

The staff at Whitsunday Holidays were so welcoming and really looked after us.

Thanks again for providing such a beautiful place for us to stay. We will be back for sure!

We have utilised various accommodation on Hamilton Island several times now over the past few years. We recently stayed at Pavillions 5 Penthouse (upon a recommendation) and will always re-book the same place given our experience. It is beautifully appointed, incredibly spacious with all the modern conveniences. It’s real “edge” is the incredible outlook overlooking the marina and the open-plan layout and balcony swimming pool which is an expansion of the living areas. It is convenient to everything on the Island and provides for magnificent sunsets. It is ideal for sharing with other families with lots of break-out areas and privacy if required. The staff at Whitsunday Holidays facilitated our stay and provided second-to-none service and competitive rates.

We had a great holiday & my son's wedding was fantastic. We loved our accommodation. A well maintained unit & I loved hearing the waves breaking on the beach & watching the sun rises/sunsets from our balcony/bedroom.

It was also very chillaxing on our balcony - getting a tan & watching the watercraft in the bay.

I had great massages( I had 3 while there) & the lady who did my makeup for the wedding was hysterical & very good.I looked gorgeous.

Just spent 5 nights at Cooinda Gardens 5 celebrating my 50th birthday with 9 of my girlfriends, what an absolute blast. The villa was great accomodation heaps of room, 3 bathrooms was great and absolutely wonderful views. On the last morning we saw 2 whales off the upstairs balcony what a fab way to end the trip. It was my third time to Hamilton and Cooinda Gardens was by far the best accomodation yet.
The service from your team was great, thank you to the valet service and the very friendly cleaner who arrived as we were leaving.

The property was ideal for us! My husband is an aircraft fanatic - so the view was excellent. We even had a random fireworks display on the Saturday night. John (iCare) was very helpful. Particularly loved the spa. Golf buggy - priceless! Enjoyed our stay even though the weather was tragic = great relaxation time. Recommend the steakhouse and Bingo. Will be back in the future in better weather, for longer. :)

I recently booked a holiday on Hamilton Island to celebrate my 25th Wedding Anniversary through Whitsunday Holidays. From the first contact, I have only but praise for the entire experience and would highly recommend the Whitsunday Holidays team. The initial contact with Clare was super efficient and return emails usually came back within an hour. The greeting from Casey when we arrived was super friendly and soon after collecting our bags we were welcomed into our holiday apartment. The 3 level apartment (Shorelines 26) was absolutely magnificent, especially looking out over the water with a glass of wine at sunset. The warning to be careful about closing the door to keep the pesky cockatoos out was much appreciated as it would have been terrible to have to explain the damage to the owner. Other highlights of the holiday were dinner at the Long Pavilion at Qualia and golf at the magnificent new scenic course on Dent Island. I will definitely book my next holiday through the Whitsunday Holidays team.

Dear Clare,

The Glasshouse is a fabulous house and you should have heard all the ooohs and aaaahs from my family as they walked in the front door! Perfect for our size family and everything we could have asked for was there including a big bagful of toys for our little ones.

On the Saturday night, as a huge surprise to me, my three daughters had organised for a Chef and Waiter to come to "the Glasshouse" and prepare a 4 course meal. The chef did all the cooking on the downstairs Teppanyaki....it was superb. The waiter would have walked up and down those stairs many, many times. It was an unforgettable evening and it couldn't have happened if it were not for a house as lovely as the one we stayed in.

Everything was excellent. Please compliment the Owners for their taste and decor. It is indeed a very beautiful house in which to stay.

The team which greeted us at the Airport and who took us through "the Glasshouse", and looked after us during our stay, were delightful. Nothing was too much trouble.

I would recommend very highly "the Glasshouse". Thankyou for making it available to me and my family.

Edge 20 is an awesome apartment and the views are fantastic. Watching the sunset over the islands each night from the huge balcony was spectacular. The apartment had everything we needed including the best stocked kitchen I’ve seen. It’s great (and rare) to go away and have every size pot, pan, plate, bowl etc that you need. My comment to the girls was ‘You can tell the owner actually stays here because they don’t just have 8 plates, 8 knives etc etc. like in some places where we stay). Also, we loved the size of the balcony and the fact that you can sit at the table, bar or couch! Or if it’s too sunny on the balcony, you can open up all the doors and sit inside but still feel like you’re outside. We all had a ball and will definitely stay at The Edge next year! Thank you for you help with the booking and recommending The Edge!

We have been to Hamilton Island now for 7 years in a row staying somewhere different each time, but i think we have found our home away from home and will be revisiting Pavilions 19 again in future years as it was the most amazing accommodation. Everything about it was superior from the quality appliances, decor, linen, the soaps and shampoo/conditioners in the bathrooms and the most amazing views ever, always something to sit on the balcony or in the lounge room and look at. A beautiful easy stroll around the waterfront to Front Street suited those in our party that liked to walk. We just absolutely loved everything about it. A very big thankyou to the owners for providing such fantastic accommodation for others to share. We had an amazing time as always, looking forward now to next year!!

Yes we had a great time on the Island, Cooinda is in a position on the
island that we think is the best, far enough away from town to be private
and quiet. Yet close enough with the buggy to scoot into town when you need
to.

For a group the place is perfect as it allows all to stay and play under
the same roof, something you can't do if you stayed in hotel styleaccom.

We would stay there again and would recommend it to others.

Just wanted to say thanks for all your assistance, our holiday was fantastic and the accommodation was great, It’s a shame we had to come home.

Everything went smoothly from arrival to departure, the apartment views were stunning and the sunsets lovely, we had one small issue with the lounge blind but John fixed this asap, it was great. Would definitely recommend using your service to our friends and family.

I took a group of 15 girls to my favourite spot - Hamilton Island for my 40th and we stayed at Shorelines 20,26,29,36. Everything was fantastic from the initial assistance from the team at Whitsundays Holidays with choosing the best spot for my group booking, to the valet pick up service and drop off. All the apartments were clean, large, well equipped and in a quiet spot with amazing views. having access to the Edge Infinity pool was a great bonus of luxury. Of course the buggies are a necessity and another bonus of private accomm. We had a few hiccups with some air cons not working properly, but these minor things did not take away the fantastic time had by all. Would definitely stay at Shorelines again if it was for a group of people.

I had a fantastic time on Hamilton Island celebrating my 40th birthday. I loved staying in Shorelines 29, the interior design was fresh and modern not to mention clean clean clean! The views were even more beautiful than I expected and such a lovely relaxing space to be in. The infinity pool was beautiful as well. It was really hard to tear myself away and return home.

So thank you to the Whitsunday Holiday team for having such beautiful properties to choose from and to the owners for having such great taste when decorating their apartment.

Needless to say we had a gloriously magical time on Hamilton Island and Shorelines 3 is an absolute dream property. Everything was very clean and pristine and beautifully set up without the need for anything. EXcllent value for money and having the buggy was a bonus and a favourite with the boys – big and small!

My desktop at work rotates the picture postcard perfect photos from the balcony and no one believes they are real!!!

We would love to visit again next year in January and book through you. We were elated with the service from initial booking to Valet service. Very professional indeed and you come highly recommended to our envious friends.

Thanks again for organising this for us.

The property was excellent and in terrific condition, the ground floor was ideal as the kids played on the grass out on the front patio most days and we did not have to worry about our 5 year old Jack trying to jump over any balconies. As well it was terrific that the kids had separate quarters including their own bathroom. As well having our own laundry was terrific as our kids tended to go through their clothes constantly.

We will definitely be keen to re book at some point early next year

Oh my goodness what can I say about Cooinda 5? It was glorious! Such a beautiful home, so clean and open. Despite three families staying there, all with small children, it was still the loveliest place to rest and unwind at after spending our days zooming around the island (or just lazing by a pool). I must say that the very BEST pool on the WHOLE island is none other than the private pool we shared at Cooinda! It was awesome. EVERYONE LOVED IT! And the service from the team responsible for Cooinda 5 was incomparable. Despite visiting Hamilton Island 7 times in as many years, we can honestly say that we have NEVER before stayed at a cleaner, lovelier place and been treated so well.

Hello!

We had a great time! We did all the tourist things, though it was difficult booking some as they sold out quickly.
The apartment was exceptional quality and we were very comfortable there. The only issue we had with it was trying to work the oven as it had no markings around the knobs. But we figured it out in the end.
The living area was wonderful to relax in and have a few beverages. We found the edge pool was one of the highlights of our stay and we cured many hangovers there. I strongly recommend any future guests visit reef world and take the helicopter tour of the reef. That was an awesome experience. Also sunset cocktails at One Tree Hill was also a good time to meet people and enjoy the view.

We look forward to returning there in the future! Thank you for all your help.

Thanks for asking after our holiday and let me tell you it was a wonderful trip. The weather never fazed us and you all were so helpful and looked after us perfectly. We were guided by the tour operators and enjoyed The Whitehaven Beach day out and also the visit to Reefworld for snorkelling, just fantastic. We must have walked every track on the island and with our trusty buggy explored every nook and cranny. We played tennis and did a yoga class so as you can see the island became our home after the 10 days.

I have left comments to the owners of their lovely apartment in the guest book and between our memories and our great photos we will be able to enjoy the holiday for years to come.

Thanks once again and you will be seeing us on Hamilton Island again.

My partner and I had a fantastic time and are already recommending Shorelines 36 to friends who are going to Hamilton soon. The appt was beautiful and nicely decorated with amazing views. Also loved that it was the end one so nice and private. The buggy was great to get around and explore the island and all the extra touches provided in the appt made it a great relaxing time away. We were at Hamilton for a wedding so we got to see a lot of the other guests accommodation and we are so glad we stayed at Shorelines! We didn't let any of the the other wedding guests visit our place as we knew they would be extremely jealous. The valet service was also great and the gentleman that dropped us off was very lovely and informative.
Overall we had a brilliant time.

I would just like to say that every time I go on a holiday I get to the accomodation and majority of the time am disappointed, the rooms too small, no ocean view and a tiny balcony. This must happen to everyone, I don't ask for the penthouse but something that makes me smile. When we walked into PENINSULA 4 for the first time a few words that came out were, WOAH, OH MY GOD, NOW THAT IS WHAT I CALL A VIEW. It was my 25th Wedding Anniversay and we invited another couple to help us celebrate our special occassion with us and I do have to say that it was the most relaxing and enjoyable time spent away in a long time. The view was really totally amazing which just made everything so extra special. The plunge pool was a real winner. I would not hesitate to recommend Penisula 4 for those wanting that special something with amazing views of Hamilton Island. Many Thanks

We would like to thank yourselves and the property owners for your first class service. Nothing was too much trouble and our guest liason Wendy was extremely friendly and welcoming when we arrived at the island. The property itself was absolutely stunning and the champagne and cheese platter on arrival was icing on the cake.

We had a wonderful holiday at Hamilton Island...in spite of the weather! We were more than happy with the accomodation at Shorelines 26 which had stunning views and all the amenities we required. We especially liked having access to the edge swimming pool and the buggy that was provided with the apartment. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment which was a real bonus as we self catered and ate many meals on the balcony overlooking the water.

Next time we return to hamilton island we would be happy to stay at Shorelines 26, but only if you can guarentee some sunshine!

We would also like to send our thanks to Amy from the valet service. She was efficient, friendly and accomodating. We appreciated the late pick up time on our last day on the island.

The place was fantastic & our group had a great holiday, except for some bad weather but it was still great just sitting on the lounge/balcony watching the rain over the marina/mountains etc. Everything we needed was there & when we had a problem with the spa it was fixed quickly. Would recommend to anyone.

Thanks to the booking team also who were always very helpful. Whilst not relevant to the owners, we did pre-order food & drink from the mainland which also worked perfectly & saved some money.

The accommodation was exceptional, we had a party of seven people, plenty of space for everyone.
It was a pleasure to spend our holiday in this apartment, the pool and spa area were great and most days we had it to ourselves which made it feel even more private.

Hi to all at Whitsunday Holidays,

The house was spectacular – the water feature, the open plan living, the spectacular view, the plunge pool stretching over the edge of the huge verandah, the privacy.
My boys played footy on the lawn below the verandah. We weren’t forced to seek out entertainment for our 2 boys all the time as they were happy on the lawn, watching the large flat screen TV or swimming in the pool as we lounged around on the verandah and jumped into the water whenever we felt like it. We felt secluded, we couldn’t see or hear any neighbours for the lush bush around us. But of course the sweeping view of the ocean was uninterrupted….perfect.

Thanks for the follow up email. We had the most wonderful time. As Oasis 4 was only available for 4 nights we stayed at the Whitsunday Holiday Apartments the 1st night. Was great to be able to experience 2 lots of accommodation but would definitely book private accommodation with you again - and would love to stay at Oasis 4 again. The standard of accommodation, amazing views and bush setting was far more impressive than the Whitsunday Holiday Apartments.

Re Oasis 4 please pass on the following -

Amazing accommodation. The apartment had everything we could ever wish for. The hardest decision each day was whether we should stay and enjoy the balcony and BBQ or enjoy one of the fabulous bars or restaurants on offer. Our 1 year old loved the place - the box of toys and books was such a nice extra touch. Very child friendly place and safe balcoy for her to run around and point at the cockatoos. The furnishings are gorgeous, spa bath nice and big but it is the balcony and views that really make this place.

We bumped into 2 different work colleagues on HI who were travelling from Melbourne. We have recommended Oasis 4 as they are looking at returning soon. We will be back!

Melissa and her team at Villa Care did a great job with picking us up and dealing with any issues reported.

When we go back to Hamilton, we would certainly look to book The Retreat again!

We had a wonderful time on Hamilton Island. Shorelines 26 was a beautiful apartment with exceptional views of the Whitsunday Islands. It had everything we needed for our holiday and more. We are planning to come back again in September next year and are waiting for the flights to become available so we can rebook. We would like to stay in the same property again or if it is unavailable one of the neighbouring properties. It was near to the infinity pool and close enough to the Marina to be able to walk if we wanted to.

The Vue on Hamilton is simply spectacular! We loved staying at this property and our guests loved the house as much as we did! It is spacious and offers stunning views. It is well equipped and very comfortable. I was able to celebrate my 30th birthday in style! I had a ball and I know everybody else also had a wonderful time.

If I was returning to Hamilton Island with a large group, I wouldn't hesitate to book this property again and I am more than happy to recommend it to friends and family.

We were all thoroughly impressed with the quality standard of accommodation provided in Bluewater Views 17. It is an absolutely stunning apartment with superb views. The bedding was very comfortable and we were extremely happy to find that small things such as 'salt, pepper, spices, tea & coffee were provided’.

Thank you for providing us with superb accommodation for our time on Hamilton Island.

The level of communication provided before we arrived was superb. I will definitely be back.

Thank you for your follow up email. Yes indeed, my wife and I would like to thank you and the owners for the way in which the apartment was presented.

First of all you need to know that we were both there for some well-earned rest and recuperation from injuries/illness. To have really nice comfortable surroundings to do this was an absolute pleasure for us.

When we spent over an hour sitting on the balcony watching a whale and its baby playing in the water on the Wednesday late afternoon, this was the icing on the cake for us. Thursday came around all too soon and we would have gladly stayed a few extra days except for the fact that the lucky owners were moving in!

It had been around 20 years since we were on the island and, although there has been much development and certainly a whole lot more accommodation, the flavour remains the same.

When we can make the time to come back we will definitely be looking you guys up to see if the apartment is available before we go looking anywhere else.

Also, I forgot to say how professional you all were with the booking, following up before the event, during and again with the follow-up afterwards. It was refreshing to see someone actually offering good service here in Australia rather than having to go overseas to find it. A big well done to you guys.

Firstly a huge thank you for all your help sorting out our holiday in the Whitsundays. We had an amazing time and I can't express how special our time was there. Shorelines 3 was outstanding and we had an up grade when we returned to stay in the Palm Bungalows which was incredible and an extra treat.

The cruise was also fantastic and we would definitely recommended 'On Ice' as the crew couldn't do enough for us, the activities were well panned and the scenery was just breathtaking.

I can not speak highly enough about the service they provided (in particular Clare) which was both professional and extremely friendly. As i wanted the perfect holiday (which i got) i was constantly emailing them which questions and requests and they never once minded. I would and will be recommending Whitsunday Holidays to everyone.

We had a great time at Hamilton Island. Weather was a bit crappy but still had a relaxing holiday.

Poinciana 010 was absolutely perfect for us. I could put my daughter down for a nap and have a sunbake out the front which was great. It was close enough to the resort and marina for the boys to wander down to the beach or shops, or for me to take the pram. The kitchen was great. We love to cook and it had every possible utensil or cookware you could possibly want. I will definitely stay there again when we come up next time.

Well, we've just returned from our fabulous stay at Clearwater yesterday for 10 nights. What more can I say...

Awesome home, awesome Island, awesome facilities, great attention to detail in the home, the best of everything and to top it off the best views in the world.

It was an amazing time had by all and you ladies run an incredible service and were back straight on the phone to us when we contacted you a couple of times in regard to a couple of very minor things. We'll definitely be back there shortly.

On another note, could you please pass on my deepest thanks along with a big hug to Sarah, our valet. This lady is incredible, we ordered some groceries from the mainland which were delivered before we arrived at the home. She went out of her way to put all of the food into the fridge, cupboard etc for us. And another thing, when she dropped us off at the airport for our flight home, she actually came back when she found out our flight had been delayed and gave us the keys to the buggy so we didn't have to sit in the blazing sun for two hours. She even helped shuttle the Pagni's (whom we were staying/travelling with) for us also to the Yacht Club for a drinky or two before our departure. You just wouldn't get this kind of service anywhere in the world and that's a fact.

Thank you for making our dream holiday come true and for making it such an pleasurable experience. Well done to you all.

Thank you! What an amazing holiday. We had the pleasure of staying in the Whitsunday Holiday Apartment 1306 and it was fantastic! The 1 bedroom apartment was fully self sufficient, it had everything we needed for our 5 night stay plus all the little extras! Not to mention the apartment sat on the top floor of the building and was home to THE most amazing views of the beautiful Whitsundays. I wish photos could capture it.. It also came with a golf buggy which was very handy!

The island itself was incredible! So much to do in so little time! Pools and beach are great, we went Jet Skiing which i would recommend to everyone! One tree hill is a must..the sunset is stunning! And if you have time, a day trip to Whitehaven beach will certainly top off your trip.

We had a ball so thank you Whitsundays Holiday Team for providing us with a quality apartment. We will be back again soon!

Hi Ladies

Two years ago we stayed at the Poinciana Apartments and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there, but Whitsunday Views 3 was awesome. When we first walked through the front door the kids and I were, Wow!! The layout was perfect! As for the view from the top balcony, well, we could of just stayed on the deck all day, every day, but the blue waters in the distance beckoned us. Can I add the Cockatoo’s that frequented the deck kept us amused with their antics. We have a particular video on my daughters phone that we love of them. Quiet the characters they were!

We certainly would find it very hard to beat such a location and we will return! Also, my husband and I enjoyed a lovely dinner at Qualia’s signature restaurant, and the proximity was ideal.

What I else can I add than to say I wish it was our holiday home!

We had a wonderfully relaxing time on Hamilton Island as always.The accommodation we stayed in Blue Waters 10 was magnificent. It was HUGE !!! The pristine presentation was beautiful and it had the ability to make you feel at home with all the little creature comforts at your finger tips. The kitchen was well equipped (for those inclined to cook haha).
The view from the balcony was exceptional from sun up to sundown....even in the late night the stars created a beautiful canvas to watch. Particularly loved the way photos on the walls were themed with the island area. The map on one wall was particularly useful in helping us to place ourselves , where we had been on daytrips, islands we could see from the balcony etc as well as just informing us of the area.

The blue buggy was a nice touch. It was so easy to pick out by colour on a busy street ;) .

I would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation. We were there as a couple but the size and layout would be fantastic not only for a family but also two couples to share.

The unit was PERFECT! Felt like a total palace, we loved it. Ideal place for this time of year, as it caught all the afternoon sun and we had a few bevs on the balcony each night, watching the sun set. Was also cool, as the outriggers paddled right by us!
The pool at the Edge was ACE! Dinner at the yacht club was lovely! Quite impressed and as for the day spa.... ooohh la la! Could have spent the entire holiday there!! Great tip.
It was one of the easiest breaks away we have ever had. You guys do a great job of organising everything! Made it so relaxing. Just what the Dr ordered.

I stayed on Floor 13. Absolutely loved the place. We had 10 people there and there was no sensation of being squashed up or cramped. The views were spectacular! This was my 6th time staying up there and the best!

A few of our members were hesitant as it all looked too expensive at the start. But after sharing all costs and seeing how great the accommodation was, they are sold. It worked out cheaper than other accommodation but it was SO much better.

Hi girls,

I was meaning to get back to you regarding our stay. We did have a fantastic time, thanks in no small way to our accommodation, which was absolutely beautiful, stunning views, perfect position, and best of all, extremely comfortable.

I did look around before deciding to stay at the Tower & found the poorer quality places were about the same price, so we feel we got exception value for our money. The valet service was spot on, couldn’t be more helpful & even after we arrived early (mix up with ferry times), they dropped everything to come & get us as soon as they could.

We would definitely stay here again & highly recommend the place to others.

Hi all,
We had a wonderful time on Hamilton Island. The apartment was all we expected, and more. The only missing items were coat hangers and a coffee plunger, which were delivered straight after our call. The views were unbelievable and we had a lovely mini break. The buggy was great too. And Andy was very friendly and easy going. I will certainly be recommending Shorelines to any of my friends traveling to the island.

Thanks for your email, what a wonderful 5 days we had! We had good weather (it was great to escape the Sydney rain), we relaxed and generally didn't do too much, which was just what we wanted. Oasis 1 was great, it was well appointed and it certainly had everything we needed, it has been so nicely decorated, the owners should be proud of their unit. Having the buggy was heaps of fun as well.

We will definetly be back, next time we want to hire a catamaran and travel around the islands.

We had a fantastic stay on Hamilton island.

From the start of my enquiry with Whitsunday Holidays the process of finding accommodation was made so easy. Prior to my enquiry with Clare I had been going through looking at properties on the internet to try and find the right property which was a very painful process to my mind. I also really appreciated being sent a copy of the Island’s activity Plan for the week of our stay.

Being provided with a short list of properties suitable to our needs was brilliant. Poinicana 003 is a lovely apartment and perfect for families with young children as we could sit and watch the kids play while we relaxed too.

Once we arrived on the Island the service was fantastic from being picked up, to looking at our beautiful clean apartment and then when we left the service was the same, professional and courteous.

So please let the owners know that their apartment is in great hands with Whitsunday Holidays.

We couldn't have been happier with our accommodation - Blue Water Views 17 was absolutely amazing, from the incredible views to the quality inclusions in the apartment (the beach towels were wonderful and a great extra that we have not had at any of the other places on the island we have stayed) and the extremely tasteful decor, and of course the spa on the balcony - just fantastic!!!!!!

I will certainly be in touch with you when we are looking to booking our annual Hamilton Island escape again next May.

I would like to pass on my thanks firstly to Whitsunday Holidays for providing a professional, prompt and courteous service.

The Penthouse at the Edge is an amazing property and exceeded everyone's expectations. I work for a large law firm in Brisbane and have recommended this property to several colleagues. This is not something I would normally do because not everyone has the same taste, however this is one property that I know would cater to everyone's needs. Everything from our transfer from the airport (I think the lady's name was Susie?) was done in an efficient and friendly way. I called on her a couple of times throughout our holiday and she was always helpful.

The reason for our holiday was to celebrate my 30th birthday and it is certainly a holiday I will never forget.

Where do we start ?

We were a group of 8 long time friends taking our annual trip, only this time it also incorporated my birthday. From the moment we arrived at the airport we were greeted by staff who made us feel relaxed and welcome. We arrived at the house and could not have been anymore impressed with Jabula. In fact we think "Jabula" is the new name for the epitome in luxury accommodation, what more could we have asked for ? Absolutely nothing.

We have told everyone we know about Jabula and the wonderful service you offered to us. We are all more than impressed, well beyond satisfied with our holiday and looking forward to another stay with you next year.

Thank you for making my birthday so memorable. I would be more than happy at anytime to be a testimony to an amazing experience.

Firstly, thank you so very much for a wonderful stay in Lagoon 101. Initially, we were reluctant to holiday in an apartment as we have very high standards and are quite fussy.

From the moment we walked into Lagoon 101, we were impressed. Stacey Martin's recommendation about the quality of the apartment was spot on. Thank you Stacey! The apartment was immaculate and the little details were in keeping with luxury accommodation. So much thought had gone into the fit out for this apartment. The apartment layout is perfect and provides for privacy when travelling with others.

The location - sublime! Wildlife abounds so there was never a dull moment as we chilled on the balcony. We travel a lot - and usually overseas. However, this was one of the most relaxing holidays we have ever had and it was on our doorstep.

Thank you to the Team at Whitsunday Holidays too! It is quite refreshing to experience exceptional customer service from beginning to end!!

I would just like to say that my husband & I enjoyed our 8 nights at Hamilton Island immensely & loved Frangipani 004! The comfort level was like a home away from home, the location was peaceful, the views were magnificent. The wildlife to be observed at all times of day & night gave us great pleasure & the buggy gave us a great level of convenience. We'd never stayed on HI before but had visited as day trippers twice but now feel we'd like to return on a regular basis, so I feel you will be hearing from us again. Thank-you ever so much for your uncomplicated assistance in organizing the accommodation for us. It was so easy peasy.

I Just wanted to thank you so much for our wonderful stay at Hamilton Island. Our accommodation at Izulu was simply amazing. We could not have asked for anything more. The views were absolutely beautiful, and the villa itself was spectacular. It is an absolute credit to the owners, they have thought of everything. The beautiful toiletries in the bathroom, down to the slippers in the bedrooms. We most definitely will be back!

Our stay was absolutely beautiful and if I ever return to Hamilton Island, I will definitely try to book Shorelines 36 again! The apartment was spacious, welcoming but not overly cluttered and provided a great view. Location of the property was also superb - away from all the noise and people but within good distance to everything. The tranquillity that the whole apartment provided us was great! The ongoing service from your team was also fantastic and we were greeted by friendly staff who chauffeured us to the apartment.

The apartment was fantastic we had an amazing time, it was an unforgettable way for my sister inlaw Emma and her new husband to spend their first few days of marriage and for Luke and I to spend our anniversary. We were so impressed with the quality of the mattresses and pillows aswell as the linen (things we always find are lacking) these things made it feel like home which made it easy to relax.

We had a wonderful time and found the accomadation more than comfortable! It was stunning!

Hi guys,

I have been meaning to drop you a note to say that Shorelines 26 was awesome, so the email from you was well timed!

From the valet service, to the apartment itself, to the infinity pool and Hammo in general - it was all spectacular.

The apartment is clean and well equipped, we can't think of anything that we wanted but was missing. The buggy was soooo convenient. The apartment is in an amazing location and we loved everything about it.

Maintenance items we noted: the dryer has a squeak which maintenance could have a look at, as does the buggy. A couple of down lights are hanging loose from their holders on the balcony. When completing the feedback book, we noted that someone had made a comment about needing a PhD to fold out the sofa bed. Whilst we didn't have an issue at all (it's actually quite simple) perhaps a laminated set of instructions may be useful.

Kristie, thank you for recommending Yacht Tower 6 for our family, it was everything you promised and more! The location and views were sensational from every vantage point of the penthouse, the space, flow and properortions of the rooms were spot on. It was obvious that the apartment had undergone a thorough and thoughtful renovation. The result..a stylish, appropriate, spacious and luxurious penthouse, perfectly positioned with unbeatable views.

Our stay at Sunset Waters 20 apartment was very comfortable. It was very spacious for 3 adults and our 2.5 yr old daughter. We made use of the games and books that were left for our use, and we also loved seeing the gorgeous peacock walking around. We were also very thankful that we had use of the complimentary buggy.

The Whitsunday Holidays team was very helpful and accommodating especially when they let us use the buggy on our departure day up until our midday flight.

Will definitely be coming again.

Hi, thanks for the inquiry about the success of our holiday. We had a wonderful time and were most impressed by the service we received. None of us had ever been to Hamilton Island before and didn't know quite what to expect. It was lovely.
Our Christmas buffet was great, the pools were fantastic for the children,and the weather unbelievable.

We also had lunch at the new golf club house and they couldn't have been nicer. That was a real hightlight for us. The food was delicious and we had a guided tour of the course. My husband and sons in law had played the previous day and he was keen to show us how beautiful the course was. Anyway we had a fabulous time, the photos look great and we hope to return sooner rather than later.

Our accomodation in poinciana 105 was beautiful and scott and ralph were very helpful with us allowing us to check out late and helping us with the golf buggy etc. We will definitely be back due to great service, great apartment and of course for the beauty of Hamilton Island.

We had a wonderful time and have highly recommended it to our friends, especially the unit we stayed in. We went there 5 years ago and stayed in a hotel on the island
but we enjoyed ourselves so much more in this unit, there is no comparison. I just hope that most people do not find out about the units as I dont want to miss out
on one next time we visit! The buggy was such a great addition especially with our 21 month old. Those hills are a killer with the pram! Together with the airport transfers and the
prompt service when our air-con would not turn on it was a such a great experience.

The Glasshouse was incredible and the owner is so very lucky to have such a wonderful home. Everything was perfect from the kitchen, to the portable cot to the great bedding!! As soon as we got home we had to go and buy some of those sheets!!! We got married up there but staying in the Glasshouse made it so special and unforgettable. I really hope we go back and stay there again. It was worth every cent!! Thank you.

The Glasshouse:
Was incredible and the owner is so very lucky to have such a wonderful home. Everything was perfect from the kitchen, to the portable cot to the great bedding!! Hello girls,

Ray and I had a wonderful time on Hamilton Island. It was the most beautiful place, just like a living postcard. It was a fairytale honeymoon for us. We both want to come back again. The unit was subperb. Could not fault one single thing. It was comfortable, spacious and very clean. 10 gold stars in our ratings.The views were breath taking. Waking up to that every morning made coming home to Geelong (Vic) very hard.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you all so very much for making our honeymoon so memorable. The valet service was fantastic and please thank Emma again for us for the pick up/delivery service and also the friendly chats when we saw each other on the island. Coming from a city environment it was refreshing to be recognized and remembered by her each time our paths crossed.

We were very happy with our first experience of Hamilton island and would be keen to go back or to explore other holiday options on other islands at a later date.

So thank you all again for the quality service provided. Very impressed

We had the best family holiday on Hamilton Island staying at Sunset Waters 20. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for accomodation. It is not only beautiful but well equipped with so many extras you really feel at home. We had 4 children sharing the 2nd bedroom and it was plenty big enough. The games supplied kept them busy in the evenings and we enjoyed the glorious views from the balcony. A fantasticBBQ and a well stocked kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed Hamilton Island and were really impressed by the quality of Frangipani 004.

The recent modern renovations really made our stay an amazing experience. The apartment also has everything you could possibly want for a family with young kids.

We did have a lovely time, helped by beautiful weather and a fantastic apartment! We have absolutely nothing negative to raise about the apartment, it was a very positive experience staying there. Please pass on our thanks to the owner especially for the little extras that made travelling with young kids easy.....the stroller, noodles for the pool, all the kitchen appliances and utensils, the great TV for some "quiet" time and Mark and I sure enjoyed the bottle of champagne. We will return to Hamilton Island in the future and hopefully we will be able to book the same apartment!

Had an amazing break and Lagoon 101 was fantastic. We have travelled a lot and this is one place where we will return! We had a fantastic, relaxing, thoroughly enjoyable eight nights at Infinity. The property is wonderful. The amenities were great and we really lacked nothing! The biggest problem we faced was forcing ourselves to leave.

The service your team provides is exceptional - from enquiry level through to booking, airport valet collection, ease of payment, communication etc etc etc. Second to none. I was on the Island for race week and the organisation we dealt with for that accommodation booking does not come close to providing the level of expertise that you guys do. Well done and thank you! Many thanks again for the extra inclusion of a blender – it certainly got a work out with our cocktail menu!

I would not hesitate to contact you for future stays and indeed would recommend both Whitsunday Holidays and Infinity to friends and family. And further … we thoroughly enjoyed a brilliant lunch at the Beach House, a ‘welcome to the island’ dinner on Denison Star (which exceeded my expectations) ,a great dinner at Mariners and gob-smacking, awe-inspiring helicopter rides with Louie and Ash, based on the island.

I have just got back from an amazing trip to Australia and New Zealand, including some time in Sydney to see my son and grandson. My younger son recommended visiting Hamilton island on our trip to North Queensland. We were delighted with Oasis 19, better than the brochure showed, as the high position in the trees among the exotic birds couldn't really be experienced through pictures. The apartment was of a high standard and well equipped, the best during our stay in Queensland. We loved waking up to the call of the kookaburras and seeing the sulphur crested cockatoos and rainbow lorikeets. We had a pale pink gecko living on the veranda. However we did only enjoy looking at the animals and didn't feed them, as requested. It was a bonus having a buggy included and we took full advantage of it. I certainly intend to go again.

Thanks so much for a fabulous stay! The Retreat was nothing short of spectacular as a place to stay for my 40th Birthday. I could not fault one thing about the place. The views are spectacular, the layout is perfect for a group of friends to stay together, and the pool is just the best spot to laze around, enjoy the view and drink a wee gin and tonic!!! thanks for making my 40th birthday the most memorable day!

Please also pass on my thanks to the people that manage the place, they were very helpful with a couple of calls I had to make to them regarding power, bbq and water issues - they responded very quickly and nothing was too much trouble for them!

Thanks again - I will absolutely return to the retreat and tell others to stay there as well.

Thank you for the email and the for the opportunity to tell you of the wonderful family time we had recently on Hamilton Island. As I have said before from the first moment of contact with you everything was handled superbly. Thank you – whilst I prefer ‘first hand’ contact I was never left in any doubt with the ‘online’ communication and through the combination of the two I never felt in any doubt that our booking was vulnerable or that we would be left to our own devices once the booking (and payment) was made.

The valet service was wonderful also – very personal, genuine, helpful and punctual! We just loved Oasis 23! Everything was ‘first class’ and the unit was prepared thoroughly and offered more than you can expect with regards to kitchen/ laundry/ holiday requirements (e.g. beach towels provided – wow, did that save on packing space especially as we have 19 and 17 year old daughters!!!!!) as well as the quality of the buggy (just loved it!).

Thank you again and be assured I will have no problem recommending you as a booking agent for anyone contemplating a Hamilton Island holiday.

Dear Girls,

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying in the Glasshouse. What an amazing property. We were blown away at how big it was. The internet photos, although adequate, did not do this property justice. The views were magnificent, the parrots cheeky, the furnishings lovely, the entertaining area was well used especially the bbq (I am now putting one in at my house), the spa in the master bedroom very romantic and lets not forget the pool bar (which we did not enjoy so much as the water was very cold). We had a ball but our stay was too short yet memorable. Thank you to you all my 40th Birthday will always be very special. My family are all coming up again in November but unfortunately have already booked in 2 bedroom apartment but will be back again another time.

We had a fabulous time in Shorelines 26 - I would have been happy to sit on the verandah the entire week and look at the beautiful view. Everything was perfect (except for a bit of windy weather) and we had a very relaxing time. We had such a marvellous time staying at Lagoon 101 from August 1. The occasion was a surprise holiday reunion for my mother's 80th, with family flying in from around the world to HI, catching my mother and father completely off guard (luckily it didnt shock them TOO much!). For such an occasion, Lagoon 101 was an absolutely magnificent apartment to rent for four days. It really felt like we were entertaining at home, from the lovely platters, glasses and many fittings, to the books and CDs in the drawers for rainy days. (the playstation in bedroom 2 was also much appreciated by the 8yo, as was the big main screen by the cricket Test watchers!). Thank you so much to the owners for sharing their home with us.

Our welcome on arrival at the airport from Graham (from Immaculate or some such valet service) was also impeccable and when we couldnt find a coffee plunger on arrival despite coffee being in evidence, he was on our doorstep within minutes to replace one apparently broken by previous guests. I have been sprouting the pleasures of dealing with everyone linked to Lagoon 101 - and the many virtues of the apartment itself - since our stay to all and sundry.

Thank you once again from the bottom of my heart to everyone for making our family gathering at Lagoon 101 such a special week to remember.

We were absolutely delighted with our accommodation and the service by our valets Graham and Greg. Thankyou Kristie for you recommendation to stay at Shorelines 13.

We loved the view and the protection from the wind so that we could sit on the balcony morning noon and night and share a drink and a meal together.We have already recommended the apartment to others.

It was convenient to the shops and marina and we loved driving the cart everywhere to explore the island.

We used the golf driving range, went to Shute harbour and Airlie Beach where there was a market, enjoyed drinks at sunset at the lookout, a sunset sail on the Banjo Patterson, a walk up the top for 360' views of the island and enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Qualia.

We packed a lot into four days and now we are home it is a beautiful happy memory.

Just a note to let you know our time at Hamilton island, at Pavillions 22 was fabulous. Everything was perfect and the unit exceeded our expectations (and they were pretty high after we saw the pictures on your website!). The attention to detail was incredible and the location of the unit is amazing. We went there to celebrate two 50th birthday's and our time there will be unforgetable! We thought the touch of fresh flowers, cold bubbly and the cheese platter on arrival was so unexpected but reflected the attention to detail that makes Pavillion 22 stand out from all the rest.

We had an excellent visit to Hamilton Island. Having stayed on Hamo twice before it was great to come home to a house instead of a unit after a day on the water. Views from the master bedroom are spectacular and with only a few minutes cart drive to the marina we couldn't have asked for more.

Great views, really well equipped apartment and having the buggy was great fun once we mastered the steep driveway in the first 30 metres (which was kind of a fun challenge after that!) Thank you for your email. I have been meaning to write to convey to you our thoughts on our holiday. We had the most fantastic time…Hamilton Island is really a terrific holiday destination. From the time we booked our holiday, were picked up by Graham (who gave us a quick tour) and driven back by the friendly Emma, to ringing you guys as we couldn’t work out the DVD player. You really are a great team and we will most definitely book through you again for our next holiday (which we are hoping will be in March).

Our accommodation was superb, it was nice to go to accommodation that was clean, including the BBQ. The view is beautiful and great to be able to relax on the balcony. The pool was just a little too cold to swim in, so hopefully when we come back, it will be the warmer months.

To the team at Whitsunday Holidays,

We had a wonderful time on Hamilton Island. The Long House was amazing and I know that mum and dad just loved the opportunity to have all my adult siblings around them for the week. Four nights for them was far too short. The weather was beautiful and the gardens at The Long House inspired us all!

Alex, the kids and I loved staying at Pavilions 22 it exceeded our expectations, we pretty much had the week to ourselves until the Thursday night when there were other families in the complex. We loved having the place to ourselves but would probably steer clear of 'unit' living in peak times though after it being busy for the last few nights and until they finish putting in the new marina as there was lots of banging during the day. But other than that the place itself was fabulous.

Please thank many times over Amanda, the caretaker who is AMAZING, both the Pavilions 22 and The Long House was kept beautifully and anything we needed (which we hope wasn't much) she acted on immediately. I wish she would come and work for us in Brisbane!!

In fact we enjoyed ourselves so much that for our family annual trip to Hamilton, we know The Long House will be part of the package.

Hi Guys -

Yes - I would like to pass on to you and the property owner how thrilled we were with the unit and the service provided for our holiday.
We have been coming to Hamilton Island for quite some years now and have stayed in lots of different places..
This time we brought some new friends with us, to celebrate a very special birthday and show them the island and let them experience the Whitsunday weather and activities.

I can honestly say that the unit was the best one we have stayed in so far to suit our needs and requirements for 2 couples. It allowed us to still have our space and privacy if we needed it. We are still amazed how they provided right down to the little extra items which mean so much like plenty of containers to store food once opening or storing left overs - cleaning agents - decent size washing detergent and washing powder - honey - sauces - sugar - salt and pepper- toilet rolls - beach towels - extra towels - tea. Obviously, after arriving you check in to your unit and then go down to do a shop. It was such a pleasure and surprise to find that these small items like salt and pepper and the items I just listed were provided as a starter. When only being there for a short time you buy them and throw them out. Congratulations to the owners who have done their homework and have obviously stayed in various places to think of something extra to give them the edge over what holiday makers need for short term stays.
Apart from this, our friends, who were first timers there came home with nothing but praise and haven't stopped talking about the beautifully appointed unit we had in every way. This makes us feel good also, because I did the planning and hoped that they would find it a memorable experience to tell their family and friends.

I would also like to thank you guys for the part you had in helping me book - hassle free - and good communication to make this happen.

Could you also pass onto the owner that they have the right PR person in Amanda - who went out of her way to show us the Long House to our friends one day.. We have visited friends staying there for a wedding which our family was involved and have hopes of getting a group together one day and renting it as we have a big circle of golf or dancing friends. She has a great personality- and she was also very helpful.

I think I have covered it all - We will certainly be back - hopefully before the end of this year - depending on the work calendar, as my husband has his own business.

Hi

Yes we did have a great time at Panorama 15. We meant to fill in the visitors book but forgot in the rush. We needed a few more days and so will probably go back.

The unit contained everything we needed, with great water views. We saw some spectacular sunsets from the top balcony whilst cooking the barbeque one handed with a glass in the other.

The golf buggy made life a lot easier as the hills in Hamilton Island are very very steep.

The Longhouse was simply fantastic; a better equipped or positioned property I could not imagine.

For us with young children holidaying there, the only improvement we could suggest would be that the bottom gate be locked and that the tenants be notified when the gardeners/others will be working in the grounds.

The apartment was brilliant, it was spacious, in lovely condition and had a homely feel, like a home from home. We could not fault the apartment at all, it was great value and we would definitely book an apartment again through you in the future and recommend you to friends.
I would also say that I would advise anyone wanting to stay on the island to book through you as the value of money compared to the hotels was great, especially as you get free use of a buggy. I am so glad I stumbled across your website!

I would like to thank you for all your help in making our holiday at Hamilton Island so wonderful.

The late valet service you were able to organise was much appreciated.

As for the Shorelines property we stayed at – we couldn’t believe our eyes when we walked in. It was stunning!
If I tried to find a fault with it I would be struggling to find something wrong! The property was even better than what was advertised (usually it is the other way around!). The views were beautiful, it was extremely clean and had everything provided.

Unfortunately, my parents stayed at a property (not Shorelines) and were very disappointed. After seeing our place they were blown away and said they would stay there next time they come to Hamilton Island and I would definitely stay there again.

The only thing that was slightly disappointing was that we didn’t find the beautiful pool overlooking the bay until the day we left!! (The pool which is for use by Shorelines and Edge guests)

All in all a great property and beautiful holiday destination.

Again, thank you for everything and please let the owners know I give them 5 stars!

The apartment was beautiful and the owners have certainly made it a very welcoming place to stay. The views were spectacular, and it was a joy to wake up each morning and just watch the day begin. Then at night, we were also blessed with beautiful sunsets from both the apartment and from One Tree Hill. Not to mention the comfort of the apartment, definitely a home away from home!

Ashley (who collected us from the airport and then took us back), was an absolute joy. She was warm and welcoming the minute she set eyes on us. Her personality was outstanding and she was very informative with not only the apartment, but with things to check out on the island.

This was a our 2nd visit to Hamilton Island, the first time was in 2001 and we hope this won’t be our last.

Please take the time to thank the owners (on our behalf) for their trust in allowing people to use their very beautiful apartment.

Thanks for the email, yes we all had a great time. The accommodation was absolutely beautiful. Its funny though as my sister was staying in No. 13 which is managed by someone else. We were comparing and I must say you guys came in as Number 1. We loved the complimentary champagne, (which my sister didnt get - she was quite upset - although I did share!!) the valet service was perfect as they had a trailor on the back which helped alot. The walk in robes were great in both rooms to off load luggage. In my sisters the main WIR was locked and the 2nd bed didnt have one. The electric buggy was wonderful and we didnt have to worry about refuelling. My sister had a fuel one!! The laundry facilities were great especially with the laundry detergent there and after a week sailing we were desperate to clean some towels and clothes. So all in all it was great and we would thoroughly recommend this place to our family and friends.

Thanks for making our holiday comfortable and relaxing.

We had a wonderful time on Hamilton Island and a large part of this was due to the lovely unit.

We thought the unit was well provisioned with kitchen equipment and the furnishings were comfortable, stylish and provided a lovely ambience.

The view from the large balcony is great and the unit is well located.

We would love to stay again in Unit 108 in the future.

We stayed in Anchorage 11 from 14-21/4/09. After a couple of wet days, the weather cleared and it was beautiful for the rest of the week. The apartment was great, with panoramic views from the balcony. The marina lights at night, when most other apartments would have no view at all was especially good. Loved all the different kinds of butterflies and birds that would fly past as you are relaxing on the balcony. I would not hesitate to recommend the apartment to anyone. The location, decor and standard of furnishings were all top shelf. We all hope to return again and the sooner the better.

It just shows the value of the internet. I was able to get a good idea of what we were booking from your website. Another couple we met who had just taken the Whistsunday Apartments unit that their travel agent arranged were amazed when they saw what we had for much the same money.

Lagoon 101 was simply magnificent. We stayed there for our mini honeymoon and were thrilled to find that everything had been thought of and no expense had been spared. Hi there,

Honestly, the house is worth more than $1200 a night! We holiday in different houses at least 5 times a year paying almost the same but nowhere near the standard of the longhouse. NOTHING BUT THE BEST!! The labels on everything may not seem like a big deal to many but for us it cut out probably half a day looking for everything! Perfect idea. I have even written down the brand of knives so I can purchase my own set! I have never wanted to prepare food so much in my life.

Also I am not sure if you are aware but when we did venture into town and mention we were staying at the long house we were told by several workers that its THE BEST house ON THE ISLAND!! We were even stopped when getting out of the buggies and asked about the house. Yes, we were famous for a week and loved it.

I wouldn't normally send a thank you as you get what you pay for, but this time we got so much more. Once again, THE BEST holiday we have been on. Absolute luxury! and we will definitely promote it. A big thanx to Kristie aswell! She certainly recommended perfectly for us.

Thanks for helping to organise our holiday, we had a great week away in tropical Qld. It did rain a little over the first few days, but coming from Melbourne, rain was a welcome sight. The property (Poinciana 001) was pretty much what we were after. It was in a great location, walking distance to the resort, as well as main street in town. Having a fully equipped kitchen, meant we didn't need to spend a fortune on restaurant meals. The buggy was also well appreciated.

We spent a bit of time relaxing by the local swimming pool, at the far end of the building. It was a great spot, away from the resort crowd. The caretaker did a good job of cleaning it too. The airport pick up and drop off service was great too, - thanks Graham !

The apartment was really nice, everyone got their own space. Overall, we all enjoyed our week on Hamilton island and the whole booking process was faultless!

We had a fabulous time on Hamilton Is. It was my son's wedding which all went off without a hitch. Our accomodation was superb. Everything we could possibly think of was there even the things you normally find aren't in holiday accomodation was provided. The decore was perfect & the views ...well it was hard to leave the apartment & those stunning views. We spent so much time just sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine looking out over the islands & on a couple of ocassions watching a storm rolling in across the other islands which was amazing.

We couldn't fault the accomodation. Congratulations to the owners for their good taste & thoughtfulness in providing everything we needed for a wonderful holiday. We would certainly stay there again when we venture to Hamilton Island.

My family and I had a wonderful holiday at Hamilton Island. Whitsunday Views 3 is a truly superb villa. Spacious, luxurious and the views over the Whitsunday’s from everywhere within the villa was breathtaking. The verandah with the 8 piece outdoor setting with BBQ and bar fridge is definitely the best asset of the villa and where my family and I spent many hours.

We have noticed the positive changes to the Island, the quality of the produce at the restaurants very consistant, the attention to the gardens and general feel and appearance of the Island. Hibiscus 208 was sensational. Beautifully renovated without being fussy with quality pieces that made our stay very comfortable. Whoever did the styling did a fantastic job with attention to every detail and we will definately stay there again and recommend it to our friends.

Dear Team/Property Owner of no. 10 Bluewater View, I would like to convey my thanks and appreciation of the facilities at Bluewater View. From the moment we were met at the airport by Trevor I knew it would be great experience. The beautiful apartment enhanced our very brief stay - Tues to Sat - immensely. The matching crockery and silverware were sincerely appreciated. The kitchen was without fault in terms of equipment. I also appreciated the little touches like the washing powder in the laundry, sanitary bags, cotton pads in the bathroom and the tv in the master bedroom. Even though it was a holiday I really enjoyed sweeping and cleaning the place and treated it like it was my own. The big plasma on the wall was a "Wow!" factor too. We were on Hamilton Island for a wedding, so many of our friends visited the apartment - read that as "stickybeak" and were envious of the spaciousness of the living area, the large balcony, the views and the very large 2nd bedroom which unbelievably held two double beds with enough room to ensure that two growling teens did not collide at all! We will endeavour to return to Hamilton Island, preferably in more stable weather, the muggy weather ensured the ceiling fans and the air conditioning got regular work outs! Thank you to all again for making our impulsive decision to attend the wedding into a lovely, relaxing and enjoyable memory.

We were there for our daughters wedding, without doubt, Hamilton Island is an ideal destination for a wedding and it could not have been more perfect. WE HAD A FANTASTIC TIME!!!!

We were very happy staying at Blue Water Views 17. What a top spot. The view of a morning is just awesome! We found it was very well equiped for our needs. We loved the linen, the bathrooms were fantastic, the beds made all 3 couples realise that we needed a new one at home, the kitchen was well equiped with everything we needed. The lounge was so comfy! (infact we went to Freedom trying to find the same one....which we suceeded). Will definatley be back and be recommending this apartment to anyone i speak to! Actually the family staying in the Reef hotel wanted to come stay as well. Even the peacock came to visit.

We spent alot of our time on the verandah and loved every bit of it. We used the pool and the spa which was great. The buggy i think was the highlight of our holiday besides my brothers wedding and the jetryder. The buggy was so much fun and we all had a laugh.... I have never seen so many buggies. What a great way to see the island as well.

So thank you to the owners of this apartment, we will definately be coming back! Thanks for all your help with bookings and my enquires on behalf of our family.

We had a great time at Hamilton Island, loved the apartment "Panorama 15" and will definitely be back.

You go the extra mile with the Panorama apartments. Little things like having nice big beach towels, great fluffy bath towels, amenities and of course the welcoming bottle of champagne gave it that extra touch and really made us feel welcome and on holidays. Also, we love the golf buggy, we miss it already !!

We spent 5 nights on the Infinity Property (and we wish it was 10!) on Hamilton Island and had a fabulous time. When booking over the net you sometimes are a bit disappointed when you see the property, but on this occasion our expectations were surpassed. It was truly a 5 star home with every imaginable luxury and views to kill for! We enjoyed the home so much that eating out didn’t really occur to us – not when you have such ideallic surroundings and can watch the sunset from the upper terrace each night with a glass of wine and cook a beautiful barbecue.

We have let all our friends know about the beautiful property and I am sure you will have a few more bookings coming your way in the next 12 months. We will certainly have the property on our “must do again” list. Please pass onto the owners our absolute delight with the property.

As for accommodation, usually it can be disappointing looking off brochures or web links but both my wife and I
were more than happy from accommodation package. Everything was great, even the facilities to cater for our 8

and must admit, the balcony views are the best I have had in all my time on the Whitsunday islands.

We stayed in Cooinda 3 and we thought it was very good and offered all the relevant luxuries we would want and expect for a holiday on Hamilton Island. The owners of this townhouse should be very proud of their investment. The scenic views from the balcony are very good and the pool was nice and refreshing at both ends of the day for us.

Cooinda 3 offered us very good value for money compared to some of our relatives who stayed at other like accommodation at a slightly higher cost.

We definitely had a great time in the Oasis 19, the pool was also relieving in the late afternoons. And having the electric buggy to get around was amazing, thank you for having this as a facilities. I also enjoyed the early morning bird calls, as living in the city you only get the humming sound of traffic 24/7. The price to stay there was excellent.

The only negative thing I will have to say about our stay was that it was too short, next time we will definitely stay longer.

The only suggestion for improvement I could make is that the kitchen wasn't very well equipped - a few more kitchen utensils and maybe some plastic picnic plates and cups would have been very handy. Other than this, everything had been thought of and the apartment was just beautiful.

Thanks for your email prompt and I am pleased to have the opportunity to provide some feedback regarding our stay.

Kingfisher is quite the nicest holiday home we have stayed in and we were absolutely delighted with it. It is well laid out, furnished and decorated, well positioned, homely, spotless, and the views are terrific. We were particularly impressed by the quality of the fittings and fixtures, and the availability of top quality audiovisual, kitchen and washing equipment. The pool was bigger (and deeper!) than we expected and we preferred using it to the resort pool. Whitsunday holidays did a fantastic job of getting everything ready for us and the airport connections were great too. Even the Jetstar run from Melbourne was perfect! We think we are in the more "difficult to please" bracket of holiday makers, and we give the property a full 10/10. We plan to return.

By way of constructive criticism, I would say that the photos on your website do not do the property justice and wonder if this is something that could be addressed as I believe the property would generate greater interest if it’s true merits were more obvious. More external shots of the house and views, even as seen from the Marina would help. I took a few photos and will take a look - I will send any good ones!

Simply put, Blue Water Views 17 was perfect. The setting was ideal and the furnishings and general level of fit out was exceptional. Our 3 yo daughter really appreciated the children's toys and the extra space of this apartment -it was home away form home. We have stayed on the island several times over the last 10 years, but this unit was by far the best to date. We are planning another island visit later this year and will be looking to stay at this apartment again.

We were very excited when we took the virtual tour of room 003 at home on our computer. We thought that the beautiful room was made up, until we opened up the door. The owners have an awesome taste in decore as the rooms were beautifully finished. Everything had been thought of which made our stay relaxing and most enjoyable, especially in the kitchen drawers. We absolutely loved the apartment. Great for entertaining and also good for the gluts with the stairs :) Can't beat that view to wake up to. The layout was great, the fittings and fixtures were of great quality. When looking for apartments we thought that $400 per night was a lot to spend but it was definitely great value for money when we saw what we got.

We are hoping to make it back next year for our one year anniversary and will definitely be looking up Shorelines 13 again.

My only recommendation would be a doona or something available that is a bit warmer for the bed as we had cold weather during our stay. Oh, and a map of where the pool is. We found it via helicopter! At least we hope it was the shared pool for the Shorelines apartments :)

I once again enjoyed my stay. The apartment is beautiful and the welcoming gifts of champagne and chocolate and the availability of essential items such as tea, coffee, pepper and salt where greatly appreciated.

It would be great if there was an area I could wash my feet off before entering the apartment when returning from the beach. It would be also nice if one of the cupboards in the third bedroom could be available for storing luggage.
