Poinciana 003

We had a wonderful 5-night stay at Poinciana on Hamilton Island! The check-in process was seamless. Whitsunday Holidays were right on time to meet us at the airport, even after our flight was delayed due to weather. The valet service was super helpful, taking our bags straight to the apartment while we drove the golf buggy, which was included with the stay. The buggy made getting around the island really easy and convenient. The location of the accommodation was perfect, just a short ride or walk to the IGA, cafes, and restaurants, which made everything so accessible. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. A special highlight for our kids was the wallabies that came to visit in the afternoons, such a unique and fun experience! We were also really grateful that we were offered an extra night after our flight was delayed by a day. Overall, the service and communication were excellent, and we’d definitely stay here again.
