Nestled in a private waterfront locality, hidden away in harmony with nature, No City Limits is breathtaking. Overlooking Fitzalan passage and Whitsunday Island, this exquisite mansion’s only neighbours are the Kookaburras and until recent times, The Beatle’s George Harrison, now sadly departed.
From the spacious front deck the vista is just breathtaking with the ocean lapping the canyon inlet around 100 feet below. No man made structure clutters or invades the tranquility of No City Limits.
Designed by Chris Beckingham, of Qualia Resort fame, this property has been awarded every conceivable award from the Australian Builders Design Association such as House of the year 2003, Best Project, Best Outdoor Feature and Best use of Timber just to name a few – nine awards in all. Step through the grand entrance and be greeted by the panoramic and breathtaking water views. The large open plan dining and lounge area includes a gorgeous lounge suite, dining setting, surround sound audio system and flat screen TV. A beautiful gourmet kitchen with all the modern conveniences offers everything you need. There are several entertaining areas, most notably the patio by the pool. Here you will find a BBQ and additional fridge to enjoy. There is also separate sound systems for both the front and rear patio decks. The pool is beautifully designed with a water feature.
No City Limits on Hamilton Island is for those looking for the ultimate luxury holiday in the Whitsundays. This stunning prestige home will sleep 7 adults, 2 children and an infant. Three bedrooms comprise of a king Bed and two queen beds. The forth bedroom contains one single bed and bunks.
What a wonderful holiday!!! After an insane year, we were delighted by the beautiful, ‘No City Limits.’ The views-breathtaking. The living spaces- magazine cover worthy. The bedrooms- spacious. The decks and pool- like a tropical oasis. Thank you for sharing your slice of paradise with us. We will most certainly return!

Hi Guys Just letting you know we had a fabulous time on the island and in the beautiful house. The house was very accommodating to all our needs and we did not want to leave. We had an amazing time with family and friends all able to gather for breakfast and dinner with so much space we were not tripping over ourselves. The photos on the website have captured the relaxed atmosphere perfectly and the view from the balcony was enjoyed and admired constantly! Drinks poolside or rather in the pool each afternoon were splendid again accommodating lots of people without feeling cramped. The BBQ area was well utilised and made cooking a breeze. The BBQ itself was highly praised and was a great ad for Beef Eater. Andrea McCarthy

Hi there, I do have some feedback on 'No City Limits'! The property is just awesome. Extremely well laid out, huge, master bedroom a long long way from the children's bedroom (win!), great pool for them to swim in, the views are both private and breathtaking. Its everything it was represented to be - and more - and we were totally happy to be there. Regards, Simon
