Hi There,

Just wanted to say that the apartment was fantastic.  The view was awesome and it was very easy to spend hours sitting in the sunroom watching the yachts go by as the sun set.  Having the buggy was also fantastic as it made it easy to get around the island with our young kids.

Thank you. We had a great stay on the island. The unit was very comfortable and the view was magnificent. It was easy to walk either to the Marina or the beach which was very convenient. Even though we had a buggy walking on the island was a great way to have a look around. Tess, our unit manager, was a great help and hopefully we will be back next year for the Hamilton Island Cup.

We had the most amazing holiday.  Both the accommodation and the island exceeded our expectations and we plan on returning as soon as possible.   

The only suggestion for improvement I could make is that the kitchen wasn't very well equipped - a few more kitchen utensils and maybe some plastic picnic plates and cups would have been very handy.  Other than this, everything had been thought of and the apartment was just beautiful.

Please pass on our thanks to the property owners.

Thanks for your email prompt and I am pleased to have the opportunity to provide some feedback regarding our stay.

Kingfisher is quite the nicest holiday home we have stayed in and we were absolutely delighted with it. It is well laid out, furnished and decorated, well positioned, homely, spotless, and the views are terrific. We were particularly impressed by the quality of the fittings and fixtures, and the availability of top quality audiovisual, kitchen and washing equipment. The pool was bigger (and deeper!) than we expected and we preferred using it to the resort pool. Whitsunday holidays did a fantastic job of getting everything ready for us and the airport connections were great too. Even the Jetstar run from Melbourne was perfect! We think we are in the more "difficult to please" bracket of holiday makers, and we give the property a full 10/10. We plan to return.

By way of constructive criticism, I would say that the photos on your website do not do the property justice and wonder if this is something that could be addressed as I believe the property would generate greater interest if it’s true merits were more obvious. More external shots of the house and views, even as seen from the Marina would help. I took a few photos and will take a look - I will send any good ones!

Hello

Simply put, Blue Water Views 17 was perfect. The setting was ideal and the furnishings and general level of fit out was exceptional. Our 3 yo daughter really appreciated the children's toys and the extra space of this apartment -it was home away form home. We have stayed on the island several times over the last 10 years, but this unit was by far the best to date. We are planning another island visit later this year and will be looking to stay at this apartment again.

Hi Guys,

Yes we did have a great holiday thanks. Besides a few rainy days we all had an absolute ball.
The property was fully equipped, gorgeous and made us feel at home from the moment we walked in. The owners definitely spent a lot of time and effort making it a real luxurious and comfortable home.

Thanks very much for all your help and please let the owners know how much of a wonderful time we had.
We will definitely be returning once a year for a small holiday and when we do we will contact you guys and organise to stay in one of your gorgeous properties.

Hello,

We were very excited when we took the virtual tour of room 003 at home on our computer. We thought that the beautiful room was made up, until we opened up the door. The owners have an awesome taste in decore as the rooms were beautifully finished. Everything had been thought of which made our stay relaxing and most enjoyable, especially in the kitchen drawers. We love the paintings and photos. We felt very posh during our stay. Thankyou. The valet service was wonderful and the girls were very friendly, it started and finished our holiday perfectly.

We had a great time staying where we did - from the moment we were picked up at the airport by an exceptionally friendly lady to when we were escorted back to the airport the service was great. The unit was more than we expected and were very comfortable with all amenities.

My boyfriend and I loved the apartment and the golf buggy and were particularly appreciative of the quality of the fittings, furniture and things like towels, cutlery etc. It would have been great to have a better/closer pool on-site with deck chairs, but we can see that this is a little difficult to communally control. Overall, a very lovely apartment.

Hi,

I once again enjoyed my stay. The apartment is beautiful and the welcoming gifts of champagne and chocolate and the availability of essential items such as tea, coffee, pepper and salt where greatly appreciated.

It would be great if there was an area I could wash my feet off before entering the apartment when returning from the beach. It would be also nice if one of the cupboards in the third bedroom could be available for storing luggage.

I look forward to staying again next year.

We had a wonderful stay with my Son getting married at the chapel and reception at the Beach House and having this lovely property made our stay very special.

Yes we had a fantastic time on Hamilton Island. A shame to come home! The property was fantastic - a beautiful home and well set up with glassware, crockery etc and also with the condiments and detergents etc.

Hi Kristie and crew,

We absolutely loved the apartment. Great for entertaining and also good for the gluts with the stairs :) Can't beat that view to wake up to. The layout was great, the fittings and fixtures were of great quality. When looking for apartments we thought that $400 per night was a lot to spend but it was definitely great value for money when we saw what we got.

We are hoping to make it back next year for our one year anniversary and will definitely be looking up Shorelines 13 again.

My only recommendation would be a doona or something available that is a bit warmer for the bed as we had cold weather during our stay. Oh, and a map of where the pool is. We found it via helicopter! At least we hope it was the shared pool for the Shorelines apartments :)

We had a fantastic time on Hamilton Island. This was actually my third visit to Hamilton Island, but the first for the rest of my family. We were there for my son's wedding which was absolutely magnificent in All Saints Chapel.

We think we had the best unit on Hamilton Island. The facilities were first class, the view spectacular and all the other wedding guests were very envious of our beautiful unit. We will definitely be back!

Yes we had a wonderful time, be it all too short!! The owners of Oasis 4 are very lucky people. One suggestion would be a chopping board for the kitchen. We are concerned that if people have no respect for other peoples properties, that they will use the bench top. Other than that all was fantastic!!!

It was beautiful - One of our best holidays ever!!! We will be back in April next year and will definitely stay in Oceana - same unit again if it is available.

The only suggestion we have is maybe better coat hangers - maybe plastic ones, it will be really nice.

Our feedback was that the holiday was fantastic.

The apartment has been very well renovated – a lot of thought has gone into the design and the provision of fit out and as such it is to a high standard. Pls pass on our congratulations to the owners on this!.

We thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of the holiday, from the apartment, the weather (understand we were lucky and had great weather after a bad run!) the beach and water were perfect and the swimming pools were ideal for the children. Thank you yes we had a lovely time at Hamilton Island and loved the property 105 Poinciana. Scott looked after us and we also enjoyed his wonderful safari night. The pool in that property feels so secluded and is so beautiful with all the palms and the gorgeous shade... The nicest pool I've been in. We really loved that long comfy lounge on that huge verandah with the fantabulous views.
