On arrival 1 bottle of Champagne and a 6 pack of beer will be included for you on arrival
Checkin Guests met at Hamilton Island Airport or Marina and taken directly to apartment. Valet service has keys to property and buggy. 2pm check in applied in most cases. Pack a day bag in case housekeeping has not finished prior to 2pm
Checkout The valet service will normally collect you an hour prior to your departure. They will liaise this with you on your arrival. Check out time is 10am unless prior arrangement has been made and no same day or next day booking coming in.

The house was divine and perfect for us. Everyone had a little spot to relax in and the sunset from the top deck just breathtaking!

I just wanted to let you know our week on Hamilton Island was very comfortable at The Retreat.

Melissa and her team at Villa Care did a great job with picking us up and dealing with any issues reported.

When we go back to Hamilton, we would certainly look to book The Retreat again!

Hi guys

Thanks so much for a fabulous stay! The Retreat was nothing short of spectacular as a place to stay for my 40th Birthday. I could not fault one thing about the place. The views are spectacular, the layout is perfect for a group of friends to stay together, and the pool is just the best spot to laze around, enjoy the view and drink a wee gin and tonic!!! thanks for making my 40th birthday the most memorable day!

Please also pass on my thanks to the people that manage the place, they were very helpful with a couple of calls I had to make to them regarding power, bbq and water issues - they responded very quickly and nothing was too much trouble for them!

Thanks again - I will absolutely return to the retreat and tell others to stay there as well.

Re feedback: We as a family had the most magnificent time in the Hamilton Island property. The property is superb and the outlook through the islands is excellent. The only thing, the pool needs solar heating.
