Checkin Guests met at Hamilton Island Airport or Marina and taken directly to apartment. Valet service has keys to property and buggy. 2pm check in applied in most cases. Pack a day bag in case housekeeping has not finished prior to 2pm.
Checkout The valet service will normally collect you an hour prior to your departure. They will liaise this with you on your arrival. Check out time is 10am unless prior arrangement has been made and no same day or next day booking coming in.

We had a wonderful holiday and were very impressed with the apartment. It was just beautiful. It had everything we needed for a week's holiday. We wished that we could have stayed longer!!

Thank you for providing us with a lovely apartment for our stay on Hamilton Island, we were blown away when we walked into your apartment W1302, you have it looking absolutely gorgeous, you have thought of everything to make our stay just perfect, including the milk and champagne in the fridge, Thank you!
Right down to the finer details, the quality of the sheets, cushions, plates/ mugs and utensils in the kitchen, this apartment had everything. Not to mention the breathtaking view over catseye beach and having the use of the buggy to get around the island with is a must!

We have been to Hamilton Island 6 times now and out of all the places we have stayed, we definitely liked your apartment the best. When we come back we would definitely like to stay there again!

I will definitely be telling our friends and family about your apartment!

To whom it may concern,

We stayed at Whitsunday Apartment W1302 and loved it. Not just the look of the place but everything it included - buggy, champagne, water-sport equipment, etc...

The basics: Beds were comfy, place was clean and good looking and the kitchen had everything we needed. It's a very livable place but still quite modern.

The view is the best part - they definitely didn't lie about that!

The service was great and the information book in the apartment had everything in it that we wanted to know - we organised our whole holiday through it. One thing we didn't have was a map of the island.

I would recommend this place to anyone and we will probably come again!

We had a fantastic time on beautiful Hamilton Island and would like to thank you all for helping to make it so wonderful.
The booking team did everything right in helping us with the arrangements and the unit was even better than we imagined it could be.
A huge thank you to the owners for the Chandon, which we enjoyed the first night on the balcony. Thank you also for making our son
welcome by leaving linen and towels for him. He spent two nights with us and also thoughly enjoyed his time on Hamilton.
We thank you again for being so forgiving and helpful when we locked the keys in the unit.
It is a beautiful unit and all those little extras you provide make it very special. We hope to be able to come again, and if we do, unit 1302
is the only place we would want to stay. We have already recommended it to our friends.

Our holiday stay at Whitsundays Apartment No. 1302 was fantastic!!!! So good in fact that we are coming back in March with extended family. Penthouse 1302 was stunning! The views, the comfy bed, the champagne, the chocolate, I am telling all my friends (the ones without kids, or even the ones that want to get away without the kids) to stay here!!!!
I cannot offer any negative feedback or even any recommendations to make it better. AAAAA++++++
