Checkin Guests met at Hamilton Island Airport or Marina and taken directly to apartment. Valet service has keys to property and buggy. 2pm check in applied in most cases. Pack a day bag in case housekeeping has not finished prior to 2pm.
Checkout The valet service will normally collect you an hour prior to your departure. They will liaise this with you on your arrival. Check out time is 10am unless prior arrangement has been made and no same day or next day booking coming in.


Thank you, we enjoyed our time on Hamilton Island very much and would love to come back. We were very pleased with the apartment – the view is certainly beautiful and the room was very lovely. It was great to have the use of the buggy and to be met from the marina and then taken to the airport when we had to leave. The service was excellent!

Dear Whitsunday Holidays team,

We had a wonderful holiday. The young man, Mike, who met us at the airport was extremely cheerful and helpful in every way. We would like to thank him most sincerely for giving us such a pleasant start to our holiday.

The unit was exceptional and the view was brilliant.

We enjoyed our holiday on the Island and Lucas was most helpful to us when our stay was completed.

Everything from our first enquiry, to the making of the reservation and the holiday was completely non stressful.

I regret that we had to return to Sydney we didn't want to leave.
The apartment E1306 is fantastic! The view was and is breathtaking. The facilities at the apartment are great, I love that we could eat in or choose to eat out. Lea who picked us up at the airport is fantastic, nothing was a problem for her she was informative.

The golf buggy was just another part of the great holiday we enjoyed, walk or drive around the island we had a lot of choices and weren't restricted in anyway with what we booked for this holiday.

The emails and updates we received in regards to our booking made it a stress free experience.

Thankyou - it was wonderful, wish I were still there! The accommodation was well, I can't fault it! and thank you so much for organising the cot, highchair and stroller to be in the room upon my arrival. I will certainly come back one day.

I did have someone ask me who I booked through as they loved the photos and want to book a holiday there.

Good Morning

We had the most wonderful five days at Hamilton Island. The apartment was fantastic and in such a great spot couldn’t ask for anything better.

We hope to come back in 2 years time and stay longer and I am trying to talk some friends into coming with us. So I will be in touch next year to look at some more accommodation.

Dear Whitsunday Holiday Team,

Thank you! What an amazing holiday. We had the pleasure of staying in the Whitsunday Holiday Apartment 1306 and it was fantastic! The 1 bedroom apartment was fully self sufficient, it had everything we needed for our 5 night stay plus all the little extras! Not to mention the apartment sat on the top floor of the building and was home to THE most amazing views of the beautiful Whitsundays. I wish photos could capture it.. It also came with a golf buggy which was very handy!

The island itself was incredible! So much to do in so little time! Pools and beach are great, we went Jet Skiing which i would recommend to everyone! One tree hill is a must..the sunset is stunning! And if you have time, a day trip to Whitehaven beach will certainly top off your trip.

We had a ball so thank you Whitsundays Holiday Team for providing us with a quality apartment. We will be back again soon!

Peak $380.00 per night - minimum 5 nights
Race Week $400.00 per night - minimum 8 nights
