The new Yacht Club Villas are now considered the most exclusive on the island.  Ideally located right next to the new Yacht Club.  SUPERB WATERFRONT POSITION.   The views are breathtaking across Dent Passage and to Dent Island and the new Golf Course.

The villas were designed by renowned architect Walter Barda, with the landscaping crafted by celebrity designer Jamie Durie.

Yacht Club Villa 10 is in the front row of villas. It has a little more privacy than some of the others with the lush garden around the patio area.
     
The lovely patio area is beautifully furnished with an 8 seater outdoor setting. There is also a private bbq for your enjoyment. Enjoy the breathtaking water views.
     
The stunning waterfront lagoon pool is for exclusive use of those staying at the prestigious Yacht Club Villas.
     
 
Inside the design, layout and furnishings are all exquisite - timber floors throughout and exquisite attention to detail.
 
   
The lounge, kitchen and dining areas are all open plan and spacious. The kitchen is a state of the art gourmet kitchen with Miele appliances.
 
   
The 4 bedrooms are all large and luxurious. The master suite is the top level of the villa. There is a King bed, Plasma TV and a beautiful ensuite with large soaking tub.
 
The private balcony off the master bedroom is heavenly with two luxurious sunlounges for you to relax and enjoy the stunning views.

Checkout The valet service will normally collect you an hour prior to your departure. They will liaise this with you on your arrival. Check out time is 10am unless prior arrangement has been made and no same day or next day booking coming in.
