Surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens, Sunset Waters 20 is an ideal choice for your Hamilton Island accommodation. The new owners spend quite a bit of time in the townhouse themselves, so they have furnished it with extra care and detail.... The patio area is ideal to sit back and relax and take in the stunning views. There is an 8 seater outdoor setting and a bbq!

Upstairs are the 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.... The Master bedroom has a King bed and an ensuite. Wake up

The second bedroom is enormous. There is a King bed that can also be split into singles if you prefer. There is also
another single bed and a trundle. Ideal for another couple and 2 kids, or 4 kids. There is a second bathroom right next
door to the bedroom.
