Poinciana 010 is everything you would want
for a tropical island holiday.
It is very spacious and has a bright and summery feel about it. The apartment has been beautifully furnished including a large flat screen TV! There is also a DVD player and Austar TV all for your enjoyment. There is a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and a laundry complete with washing machine and dryer.

The ground floor apartments are popular for their large patio area. There is a grassed area in front on the patio - you can stretch out and relax - you can not help but enjoy your Hamilton Island holiday here!

The master bedroom also opens out to the patio, has a King bed and large ensuite.
There is a flat screen TV in this bedroom also.

The second bedroom can be made up as two singles or king bed. There is a second bathroom. Poinciana 010 sleeps up to 6 adults plus a baby. There are 2 extra rollaway beds and a cot and highchair if required.

Checkin Guests met at Hamilton Island Airport or Marina and taken directly to apartment. Valet service has keys to property and buggy. 2pm check in applied in most cases. Pack a day bag in case housekeeping has not finished prior to 2pm
Checkout The valet service will normally collect you an hour prior to your departure. They will liaise this with you on your arrival. Check out time is 10am unless prior arrangement has been made and no same day or next day booking coming in.

Off Peak: $380 per night - minimum 3 nights
Peak: $525 per night - minimum 5 nights
Race Week: $550 per night - minimum 9 nights
Includes complimentary 4 seater buggy and on island transfers *conditions apply

    This is a real bonus - usually $80 per day to hire!

    You and all your luggage are taken for a quick tour of Hamilton Island and then to your apartment for a hassle free start to your holiday.
