As the villa has an Eastern aspect, the balcony is drenched in sun in the morning.  A sunbaker’s heaven!
   

The lounge and dining areas are open plan and stunning. Beautifully furnished lounge including state of the art entertainment system. The large glass doors open up wide to let the outdoors in!
   
Dine inside if you prefer at the 8 seater dining setting.  The kitchen is spacious and modern with every convenience you could need on your Hamilton Island holiday.
   

There are 2 large bedrooms downstairs and an enormous master suite upstairs.  All have flat screen TVs and luxury linen.

Downstairs Bedrooms....

Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed and a large ensuite.  Even has its own balcony leading directly from the bedroom.  Flat screen TV!
   

Bedroom 3 can be made into a King bed or 2 singles.  It also has a flat screen TV.  Also a balcony leading directly from this bedroom.  The third bathroom is just opposite the bedroom.
   

Upstairs to the Master Suite....
The Master Suite is enormous and has a King bed.  Separate sitting area with a flat screen TV.  There are two separate ensuites – his and hers!  One has an enormous spa bath!
   

The views from the separate balcony off this bedroom are simply stunning.
   

Note: the upstairs suite can be locked off so that the villa becomes a 2 bedroom option at a reduced rate of only $400 per night.  (Applicable only to off peak periods and if booked within 3 months of arrival).

Pack a day bag in case housekeeping has not finished prior to 2pm. (Note: Valet service included in rate is for up to 5 people. Any additional should be collected by guest in the property buggy).
Checkout The valet service will normally collect you an hour prior to your departure. They will liaise this with you on your arrival. Check out time is 10am unless prior arrangement has been made and no same day or next day booking coming in.
